SOLVED !

if you dont use facebook username, just input the number of your facebook account

and this is my social counter setting : http://i.imgur.com/y69LF7J.jpg
just input FB ID, no input key.

maybe i was wrong to download and installed the plugins ?
or give me the right plugin social counter to fix my problem

i found Social counter V3.1 : http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/td-social-counter.zip
and i install it : http://i.imgur.com/r8auTLG.jpg

but why the FB counter still 0 ? (use social counter v3.1)
