Yes, I am trying to add more authors to a single story, using the plugin Co-Authors Plus, and following this tagdiv tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/

However, I’m having trouble with the second step in that tutorial. I’m up to the step of replacing the code for the default author and author box. However, my files don’t match up to the example. I don’t see <div class=”td-module-meta-info”>. Here’s a copy of the loop-single-4.php file I have: https://imgur.com/a/oEyhljL

Am I missing something obvious? Do I have the wrong single files?

Hey Calin, thanks! That makes perfect sense. Except when I try to update the plugins (the only one missing is tagDiv Cloud Library, which make sense), I, the admin, get this message:

Pepperandplatinum, I don’t have a drag to delete option either. But if you select row, then hit the delete key, it WILL go away! Note: I have a Mac and had to use the delete> key under “fn” on my external keyboard. The “delete” key on my laptop keyboard doesn’t work.

So I’ve downloaded and run Regenerate Thumbnails, but still having problems. It’s like thumbnails aren’t being generated at all. I’ve tried regenerating individual photos, but I keep getting an undefined error (seen here: https://imgur.com/DEMVZwF).

Any ideas? All images sizes are active on Thumbs on Blocks/Modules. It mostly seems to impact the images in Big Grid 2 here: https://www.tcu360.com/

Hello!

Deactivated all the plugins except tagDiv, not using a child theme, cleared the cache… Still not serving the right size. I even tried a bunch of different element types. Currently using Big Grid 2. Tried nearly all the Flex options and several other Grid options. Even then, seeing wrong sized thumbnails.
