Hi I will send an e-mail with details. Have those settings selected and I get the error, logged in or not (it was someone trying to search using the function on my mobile website who notified me of the issue).
Hi
I have the exact same issue. It only started happening a recently. Website is thecitylane.com.
Thanks,
Paul
E-mail sent. Thanks Anamaria.
Hi Bettina
I’ve attached four screenshots with comments that explains what I’m trying to do.

Hi Bettina
I’ve resent the e-mail with those details.
Paul
Hi
It’s been a further 10 days and I’ve still not received an update on any of these outstanding queries. Please advise what more I can do to get these things looked at.
Paul
Thanks for your response Calin
I’ve forwarded on the e-mail chain, summarised the three outstanding issues, and renamed the topic of the e-mail to “Summary Of Outstanding Support Queries”.
Regards,
Paul
Sent thanks Bettina. I’ve combined it with the other two e-mail queries to keep it all together.
Have sent an e-mail Bettina thanks.
As for the defer issue, I think this must have something to do with the slider. On the AMP home and category pages I don’t get the issue, just posts where the AMP slider appears.
Hi Bettina
I think it is something from the theme’s end not registering those two AMP td_265x198,
td_741x486 sizes properly. I removed all thumbnails from my server, deactivated all plugins except for tagdiv ones, toggled the option for those sizes to be active off and on again, and tried a few different thumbnail regeneration plugins. In all instances they didn’t generate for those two sizes despite them showing up as registered sizes, and in the instance of the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, it generates ppec_logo_image_size and ppec_header_image_size instead (the other plugins don’t generate these two).
I will keep the AMP plugin I’m OK with the way I’ve got it looking now. Thank you.
Hi Bettina
Very odd. I am using the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin in the link. Not sure why it wouldn’t be regenerating those two despite recognising the sizes.
Paul
Oh I see. So if I’m using the AMP Mobile Theme all changes I want to make to it need to happen in that module rather than the usual Pages editor.
Are you deferring jQuery when minifying your scripts? I had this issue a few days ago and fixed it by removing it from my minify rules and instead loading jQuery synchronously.

Further update. Despite the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, appearing to recongise the two sizes, it’s creating thumbnails called:
ppec_logo_image_size
ppec_header_image_size
rather than
td_265x198
td_741x486
Are the top ppec ones TagDiv thumbnails?
Edit: It appears that the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin didn’t recognise the two mobile thumbnail sizes as registered image sizes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and now it’s generating the thumbnails. So my only issue now is the one around the deferred loadin of images.

Hi Bettina. I’ve done all of the above and it’s still coming up with the error. I’ll e-mail the details thanks.
Thanks Bettina looks like it’s an ongoing issue, I’ve subscribed to that thread, hopefully a solution can be found soon.
Hi Bettina
That doesn’t work. I thought the AMP over-rode those settings (hence the need to put Analytics code separately into the mobile theme?). I’ve also tried putting the code where Analytics code goes in the mobile theme but it doesn’t work either.
That worked. Thank you.
Following to keep up-to-date as to when this is fixed.
