Thanks @Bettina !

Sure – though I had written to the email id before regarding a custom gallery and didn’t hear back ๐Ÿ™

I’ll give it a shot again!

Hi @Bettina,

Thanks for sharing – however, I have tried the modal popup for our “Subscribe” button on the top right — I want to make this full screen menu like the NFT demo Hamburger menu and not like my current modal popup. Can you confirm that this is the only way?

Thanks again!

Thanks for sharing, @c386! Just been a bit concerned at the response to v12.2 so hadn’t updated yet — but will do!

Had the same issue and I had asked on this forum… the reply stated the following CSS:

.tagdiv-type figure img {
margin-bottom: 10px;}

Now am confused which one to use!

PS: the first option works if I change background etc. to white. If I don’t the gallery remains as wide with extra black space ๐Ÿ™ In the second option, the portrait images are enlarged / zoomed in (not skewed, as I wrote earlier) and fill the container instead of retaining their portrait-orientation.

Hi Calin,

I tried both and that was exactly what I needed! However, going by the second code option, if I use a portrait image, the image appears a little skewed. I also notice the space between the images and caption in some is a bit more than the others.

The first option though, works perfectly, so am going with that.Thank you for your patience and help!

Hi Calin, here goes a link

The mobile version looks fine, but not the desktop version.

Hi Calin,

Understood! Yes, I was referring to the same. I noticed in another thread, your suggestion to make the image bigger by using this code (shared below) – doing this helps me, but the mobile version has too much empty space around the image. Is there a way to make it appear “fitting” to the mobile version as well? Essentially I’m trying to make it look like how Theo has (comment above)– like this

.td-slide-on-2-columns .td-doubleSlider-1 .td-slide-galery-figure img {
max-width: 1920px!important;
width: 100%!important;
}
.td-slide-on-2-columns .td-doubleSlider-1 .td-slide-galery-figure img{
max-height: 1920px!important;
}
.td-slide-on-2-columns .td-doubleSlider-1, .td-slide-on-2-columns .td-doubleSlider-1 .td-slide-galery-figure{
height: 640px!important;
}

Hi, Sorry I think I missed your response earlier.

Thank you, it helped. Though I’m still trying to understand how to fit the gallery to image size?

Faced this too! ๐Ÿ™

Please ignore. This is sorted for now.

That worked beautifully! Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi,

Using Flex Block 1 on both!

Hello, I had the same question and found this post. Can you please let me know about this?

Also, how can the slider “fit” to my image size?

Hello,

I am writing in again — I’ve tried in vain to find a plugin or something similar, but the Newsmag Smart List 1 is something I’d really like to implement but am using Newspaper (the smart lists aren’t so great on this one!).

Is there a possibility of adding a separate code or adding this template into Newspaper please?

Hi,

Thank you for your response. Hope you’d consider it for a future update ๐Ÿ™‚

Ah!

Thank you for letting me know, Anamaria. Wish you a good day ahead. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi! Thank you for the response, and my apologies – maybe I wasn’t clear. I am able to use Smart Lists through Gutenberg. Just that I cannot find this particular slide-style.

I understand that we have 6 templates / styles of Smart Lists, but none are this way which allow a reader to swipe the entire content.

I’d really appreciate it if I can make the content & image slide instead of the pagination style.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey there! I seem to be having the same issue – but not sure which extension is causing it. I’d appreciate if you could share ๐Ÿ™‚

Hey! Is there a way for the caption and details to appear on the right or left side instead of the bottom bar?
