Our solution was to de-activate / de-register the lincese in the website and to re-activate again.
This is the 3rd time we experience mayor problems with the theme and update.
So we will get rid of your theme. This should never occur. In any way.

Smae here, My solution was to de-register and re-register and activate the license key in the website. We are furious and we have decided after the 3rd mayor problem with this theme to get rid of it.

We had to change the theme and set it to Under construction otherwise your theeme
shouted a commercial page with announcement that the theme is not registered and needed updates. This could not be undone, unless we changed the theme.
We find this act disgusting. And you can see that we have 2 licences, 1 activated the other not used. It is a mess.

Yes we use the plugin to be able to place more and other content that is otherwise not possbile.
So we will proceed without that single image option and look for alternatives.

– and we rather not share webcontent openly at the moment.
So if it is possible, can we proceed via a different channel?
or direct mail for example? That would be great.
kind regards

Offcourse, these steps are most obvious and done allready.
Even uninstalled- reïnstalled, deleted – uploaded via FTP.
Theme change, etc.

please look at our e-mail we sent yesterday
and please look into your own code as well as we did our check.

kind regards.

Hi Sanger,
I had to search for it also.

use TagDiv composer in the front-end to select the footer.
In the left column click on the tab CSS
There you will find the background image.
Kind regards, Emanuel.
