We are using all the login Woo system.
With your help, I found the solution.
In the option Avatars settings, it was define to Blank (when a member doesn’t have a photo in Gravatar).
No an classic icon is showing.

I found the issue. On the first row on a special option, the visible to only connect people was on. 🙁
Don’t know why.

We just try to duplicate the homepage to send the Blog / non connect to this page but it didn’t work and still show the blog page! 🙁

Same problem with my upgrade.
First the theme install it nicely.
And when it come to the 4 plugin we add AJAX problem for each.
After that our dedicated server was overloaded and all sites on it were inreachable.
Our dev had to restart the MySQL.
After that, I could install and active the plugins.

Mobile plugin was already activated.
The problem is we use the classic editor so didn’t see this option.
In the plugin panel, we check the possibility to change editing mode.
So we open all pages 🙁 and change uncheck it.
Now it is working.

Great it works for the Quote block but now the regular Quote don’t have proper single look.
Example other page up the second image animation, “La rencontre sera traduite en français par Gaëtan BLOOM !” it is small and no more in italic and other font as before.
How we could fix that?
