Decided to go for the iframe adjustment. Thank you for the bit of css Andrei.

I’ve tried the css edit you suggested and it does bring the dropdown menu to the front.

But it has a nasty side effect; the footer becomes unusable. I can’t click on any of the links or even select text for that matter.

I’ve also looked a the code for the plugin but there isn’t a separate css file. It’s just the basic code Facebook supplies.

Could you think of another way to solve this problem?

Thanks for the effort.

Glad to see it’s on the to-do list. Looking forward to see it in action.

Keep up the good work.

Is there a place we can vote on or request this feature? I would like to had it added as well. With pinterest being as big as it is, it only makes sense to add it.

Even better still, you could add an option to the settings to set the tagDiv lightbox on or off for all linked images by default.

I quite like this idea.

Can recommend FileZilla (Windows). Been using it for years and works like a charm.

Hi Lucian,

I’m using header style 4 (menu + (logo + ad)), but since I don’t have a logo it appears as if it’s a full with ad. I only placed the standard AdSense code in the “Header Ad” section of the theme panel.

If you need anything else, let me know.

Had the same issue Stephersiu. You can find the solution here

Don’t worry about it Radu, the theme is getting plenty of updates. It doesn’t matter if such a small problem takes a while to get fixed.

Looking forward to see the theme get better and better 🙂

Hi Radu, the issue you’re talking about might be fixed, but that wasn’t what I was referring to.

I was talking about this issue: http://i59.tinypic.com/30wmiw0.jpg

Updated to v3.9.1 and the problem isn’t solved yet.

Thanks Lucian.

By update, do you mean wait for ThemeForest to tell me there is a new version of the theme?

Thanks for clearing the air 🙂

Those are the May 30 update notes Christopher. On Themeforest it says the latest update was made on June 10.

I can understand if the theme hasn’t been updated yet, but it’s a bit confusing at the moment.

Weird, but ok…

Here is something that might help you narrow down the cause as to why the Google+ button description isn’t appearing for me (and probably other people as well) Marius / Radu.

While I was adding widgets to the sidebar, the Google+ button description would sometimes appear after adding a block and then it would disappear after adding or removing another widget.

Hi Marius, thanks for pointing that out. At least I now know it actually works with the Newspaper theme.

I imported the WordPress SEO by Yoast (version 1.5.3) settings from the site on which the descriptions are working and gave it a try on my website using the Newspaper theme. But to my surprise the description is still not showing, even though the settings are identical to the site that does have the Google+ button descriptions.

I don’t know what else I could change to make the description work. Perhaps you could lend me a hand with it?

Hi Radu, I agree and think WordPress SEO by Yoast is one of the better solutions for to optimize a website and that’s why I’m using it on all my sites. On the screenshots above I use near identical settings for WordPress SEO by Yoast but the outcome is different.

Plus, I don’t think that plugin causes the issues, because even on the Newspaper demo site the description is missing when clicking the Google+ button.

I’d be happy if this issue was looked in to.

Unfortunately I don’t have that option rae-secret. Since I just bought the template from Themeforest, I don’t have access to older versions.

Having the same issue as mentioned above. Tried manually uploading the js_composer plugin folder, replacing the one that came pre-packaged and it didn’t solve the issue for me.
