Dear Vlad, I have extended the support a few days ago until August 2021 in expectation that the CLS will be solved in the next update. But now it is clear that this will not happen and further it is unclear when all issues will be solved. On this account I want my money back for the extended support (about 30 Dollar). I think this would be fair. You advertise the theme that it passes the Page Speed Insights Test, but in reality this doesn’t happen. I rely on a good ranking in Google and I can’t wait anymore.

Vlad recently was May 2020 and now it’s 10 months later!! What happened in between? And when the Update will BE released? In December you promised it for January. Now we have February and nothing happened!!

You claim for my understanding since months.The Web Core Vitals have been introduced by Google in May 2020. Now we have middle of February and NOTHING happened. 3 weeks ago Google released Chrome 88 and the measurement for WCV got tightener than before. I rely on the Traffic of the organic search and I loose my Rankings.

At the Moment your only information is that you don’t know when the Update is released and you don’t know if it solves the problems. For Something Like that I haven’t paid a Support Fee!

No, Vlad I don’t want to delete the buttons. I just wanted to know if it’s normal that they contain about 20 cookies. But in the meantime I could delete all the unused ezoic cookies on that element.

When will this update come? You are promissing this update since a long time. Maybe you can tell me were I can find the wrapper for the featured image. It must be that one:

Hi, I have looked to your page when throtteling the speed in chrome dev tools down to 100 kb/s download, 25 kb/s upload and 150 ms latency, as I can see the font is changing (FOUT), but that’s not all

the image collage board is not loaded with the correct placeholder and it shifts between the text. I had that problem too – try to insert the picture with a classic block if you use the Core Editor of WordPress / Gutenberg. And also the image description jumps around from center to left. And the second block in the sidebar is jumping around.

Another Element that causes CLS:
webpushrwppromptbox2_wrapper –> this one causes a high CLS.

@ccpa2318 Have you ever tried to test the CLS via Chrome Dev Tools throtteling down the speed to 100 kb/s download, 25 kb/s upload and 150 ms latency and make a reload of the page under performance? Than you will see in slowmotion what is happening.

I don’t think that my problem is suffering from FOUT because I only use a standard font which is found on every system 🙁

I have throtteled down the speed in Chrome DevTools to a very, very slow connection so that you can see the loading in slow motion and unfortunately AdInserter causes a layout shift and I don’t know why you can’t produce it. Testing with PSI or GTMetrix will never show the CLS because they measure just the first loading but no scrolling and other behavior of the site. The CLS is there and how can this be fixed?

AdInserter should load a placeholder with 350px in height after the first paragraph but on the load this placeholder is missing: https://imgur.com/a/rfrbJos

How can I avoid that shift?

It’s a Gutenberg-Bug 🙂

The problem is a Gutenberg-Bug. If you use a classic block for uploading the picture instead an image block the problem is gone and there is no problem in with the browser anymore.

Dear Vlad, the problem with the wrong image-sizes is a Gutenberg Bug. I solved it yesterday. If I use a classic block for uploading, the picture has the right size in the browser and there is a placeholder for the image.

I have deleted Ezoic and so the webpage is fast as it was before and also the weird cache problems are gone.

I don’t add the images in a different way but I can’t get ridd of that problem. Some images get a placeholder and other ones don’t. I don’t know why this is happening.

Dear Calin, I know that site. I run WordPress 5.6 and the latest theme, but not all of my pictures have a place in the browser when loading. For example this site: https://www.topfgartenwelt.com/aussaatkalender-januar-7-gemuese-blumen-kraeuter. When I test with Lighthouse the first and the second image have a placeholder but not the third and the last one. I don’t know why.

Dear Vlad, I don’t know these files. I would try to test Ezoic but since that I have problems that didn’t had before and also lot’s of files that I don’t know.
