Theme options updated after certain time - reply

Hi

According to your last reply in email, I have tried using cloud header/footer as well but the whole theme options get reverted back to initial, i have also tried to add new widget bar from theme options but it is also gone..Please help us to fix this issue otherwise we have severe problems..please understand.

Please consider this as an urgent request.I have already emailed you but did not get any response.
