How has this issue still not been fixed? I am facing the same issue where the CPU maxes out at random points in the day. Most of the time the website is fast but then suddenly it would just spike for no reason.

Its mainly due to high SQL queries since updating the theme which is slowing down the site.

Thank you chrisfoxatx for your suggestions. Really appreciate your input. I can see that you have a large site as well from another post. Do you have any other suggestions on how to speed up the site?

Even though I made sure to exclude pages. Draft posts should not be showing at all.

So what I did was delete all emails lists since I don’t want my users personal emails to be showing publicly in the search function.

Search ” a ” and press enter you will find draft post like “Navigating differences” and pages like “skeptic squad” or “all pages”.

I have done so. They said that the problem is coming from the theme.

I’ve uninstalled all other caching plugins.

Hi,

I’ve implemented the settings that you mentioned but the issue persists.

Also I’m not using both caching plugins at the same time, I’ve just been testing each one.
