Hi, I have Yoast installed. If I click the option to change the ‘blog title’, it brings me to the default page of Yoast plugin π
I’ve installed your template on another host without Yoast and there it worked like a charm. Do you have an idea what’s the solution here? Thx.
http://www.gadgetgoeroe.nl it is π thanks.
Another one:
* add possibility for ‘fixed’ widgets. So they float along when you scroll down
Hi Marius,
I tested a block in the visual composer in which you can add text. In this block I added a blockquote. The text was huge and blue. I tried to change it with in the style.css as you suggested.
It didn’t work. Tested it in 2 browsers as I figured it maybe could be a browser caching issue.
So it’s not about the category, I don’t use that.
Maybe you have a another good suggestion? Thanks!
Thanks! That would be a nice addition to your otherwise good documentation!
Yep! Good luck man, football is a nice subject π
Yeah well… Genesis has no doubt nice features but this Newspaper-theme has features that are SO helpful for my purpose.
I’m still in the design-stage and finding out all the features of Newspaper, but so far I’m glad and getting a lot of energie out of it π
Whoohoo! That worked π
Thanks Marius and octavian!
hmm I checked but they both look not as sharp as the original π
Yep I uploaded it through the customizer. If I recall, before uploading this size logo, I tried it with the 300×100 and it also came out blurrified. I changed the size manually through Photoshop first btw with that small logo.
With this big header-logo I didn’t.
Exactly, that’s what I’m experiencing! But only in all browsers hehe π
thanks for helping me out!
i’m on a Mac. Checked what you said immediately on Chrome/Firefox/Safari.
But they appear to be all the same (un)fortunately. Perhaps one of the theme-devs know the cause?
No they are completely different themes. The ‘good’ header is on a Genesis theme, the other one is… well, you know this theme π
Also I’ve the plugins which the Newspaper-theme suggested
Check your documentation, it has an explanation about how to use it
Add Page, then you’ll find the blue button ‘visual composer’.
