Hi,

If you have bought the theme previously, then you do not have to buy it again when an update is available. Simply login into your Themeforest account and download the updated theme package.
Please make sure you are installing the theme properly

Only upload the zip file containing the theme as mentioned in the guides, not the whole theme package.
The demos are included in the theme package, you do not have to buy them. If you find a demo that you like and want to use it on your website, you can install it in the theme panel

Hi,

If you removed the previous version of the theme and simply uploaded the latest theme, this has no effect on the database. Everything should be the way it was before. Installing or updating the theme does not remove anything from the database.

Thanks
