We’ve tested our blog with your theme on http and https, using Cloudflare and Wp Super cache and we’ve noticed that with https the performance of our blog (Google Pagespeed, Pingdom, GT Metrix) drops from A 99 % to B 70%. That’s a significant drop.
We saw in the results it has problems with some javascripts in your theme.
When we switched off some plugins, we got the same results.
Could you pls take a look at it and improve performance of your theme?

There are many other topics and guides here on the forum that you can follow to achieve better results. The subject of page speed is not related only to the theme, there are many other factors that affect website loading speed.
