Also please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

In order to have there a feature image please go in Appearance > Widgets and set for example [tagDiv] Block 7 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yMCpAGSww4pr results -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jqZq9lYLU
The widget you set do not have feature image.
