My hosting server frequently crashes, when checked we found out that the website is using full hosting resources which causes the website to crash. We are using only the recommended and supported plugins and still the website is in the development stage.
So is there any configuration changes which has to be done? Or can you please investigate and find the problem please.

In did there are some resource that you need in order to do not have problems with theme, for example our theme request 256MB wp memory, WordPress recommendation are the same, all plugins that you have installed needs memory, even the cPanel need memory.
We hope that in coming updates will be some changes regarding this problem.

I have 2 GB of ram, and all the resources are getting used to the maximum which crashes the website. I believe something is causing a loop, can you please check it.

If you want you can remove the latest articles and filters with ajax and check again to see if those problems are still there; recommendation will be 4gb of ram.

because currently my website is not live and its using 2 gb full.

so, your trying to say that your theme does not work properly with a shared hosting ?
because i dont think shared hosting provides 4gb of ram
I have 1gb ram and this theme works perfectly with that on shared hosting. Never had issues. Maybe you need to change your host.
It really helps to use MariaDB also instead of mySQL. Im using a VPS with 2Gb memory with MariaDB and it works just fine. (Note here that I have 8 other WP running of the same space). Im getting roughly 95 for both mobile and desktop (pagespeed insights). Note: You cannot add additional plugins however besides the recommended ones, because they really slow down things if added.
I found i get around 15% speed saving by minifying CSS on desktop.
Also the mobile app is necessary (despite in the guide saying its not needed) due to speed.
I am not sure why my website is using full resources. can the author login and find out why my website is using full resource ?

First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps ( check the version of php please make sure taht you have v7/v7.1 or v7.2 ).
It will be more easier if know what process consume all the hosting resources, so try some tools to find that process.
Also please make the optimization for your page speed.
