As I can see, you have some external links that takes a longer time to be loaded then your website content, this is one factor that cause the low speed.
Also I have a suggestion that can improve the pages speed, but I’m not sure, you need to test it. Please disable the infinite loading, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.

Yes, you can do that too, but for a better accuracy you can disable it an check the results and after that enable it after 90%.
