Unable to upload images in theme panel as well as logo in tagdiv composer. All required plugins were activated. Uninstalled theme and reinstalled. However, the problem remains. Theme Panel options don’t take images from the media library. I think it’s a bug in this theme. Can you please respond ASAP? I will be glad.

Please check what version of PHP you have, we recommend version 7.3
Please make sure that the theme install was done correctly
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all lower requirements, and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and you use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Also, if you have other plugins activate, please disable them and see if the problem persists.
Also, please send me a screenshot with a critical error when you try to upload the images.

Upload logo from tagDiv composer is still not working. Upload/Select img from media library doesn’t work.

Please check the console when you try to upload the image from the media library => https://www.screencast.com/t/lW8zvpMRHRFmaybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Thanks for your response. Please note that I am only using Newspaper theme required plugins as a fresh install. Just started customizing. And I also changed the browser from Chrome to Firefox, problem remains same as before.

Please help me one more time. I can not Add new Cloud Templates, shows “Invalid reply from server endpoint.“. It was loading perfectly before admin-ajax.php got fixed which blocking logo upload from tagDiv composer you know that.

I want to check other templates. Also now I am using Footer Template – London News PRO which is full of shortcodes. How can I edit this, there is no tagDiv composer edit option. Please tell me how to add a footer menu in this footer.

The invalid reply from server endpoint was due to a glitch in our server. That should be working now.
The footer cannot be modified from theme panel like all the other templates. For the footer you can simply open it in any template. Go on your homepage, select edit with tagDiv Composer and you’re able to edit your footer.
