Is it just a temporary error or something more serious?
Checked “Pre-designed Templates – tagDiv Cloud Library” and got this error “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”.
Tested it on a website with version 9.7.2
and
tested it on a test site with new version 9.7.3
Both sites gave me the same error

Anyone else getting the above message with the Cloud Templates.
I note from searching the forum that this was a recurring issue.
Does anyone know if it ever got resolved?
I have looked at some more messages and I can see that there was a temporary problem a few weeks back with the cloud library server so hopefully, it will resolve itself soon…

I am unable to import any templates or access the theme cloud. The last time this happened there was an issue with your servers. Can you confirm this is being actively addressed?

Why do I keep getting the message: “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”
Please do not advise to disable other plugins other than tag div because we have done this and we still get this error message. I tried to find answers to the same question others in this group asked, but I do not see any solution from your group. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you.

As of the Tues 30th April, I am also unable to access the theme templates. When I click to ‘add new’ I receive the message: “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”.
Please advise on how to resolve / fix.

Whenever I try to load the templates, I get “the templates API server responded with a fatal error.”
I saw a couple of other people have this issue but there does not seem to be a fix posted.

Is this being worked on? I see several threads as I search the forums here:

And, if we look at the forum timeline, we can definitely see that this is a recurring problem which seems to have just started earlier in January of 2019.
At what point should everyone expect this problem to have a solution?
The templates API server responded with a fatal error. Can load an element but no template. Also had to deactivate the Mobile theme as TD Composer would not save changes. This problem started this afternoon.

I just purchased a second license and updated to Newspaper 9. As soon as I did this the Tag Composer shows a white bar with some text blocking have the screen. When I minimize the sidebar I see this text:
CutCTRL + X
CopyCTRL + C
Paste BeforeCTRL + SHIFT + V
Paste AfterCTRL + C
Copy Style
Paste Style
Reset Style
Save as ElementSHIFT + S
DeleteDEL
DuplicateCTRL + D
Clear
The Tag Library is also having an issue. When I click on it, it says:
The templates API server responded with a fatal error.
The only thing I did was built the site with the Newspaper 8.7 and upgraded to Newspaper 9 and now showing these errors.

Hi, I am trying to view cloud templates from within my wordpress portal, however when I get to the page, nothing appears. I click on “Add New” then it loads a new page with this message “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”.
I can’t figure out how to fix it. Any help?
