Hello, Bettina. Thanks for the answer.

I did it exactly in the cloud template, however,

In recent posts it displays the date exactly as configured, that is, with the format “ago”,

Example: updated 1 hour ago
Example: updated 1 day ago
Example: updated 1 week ago

Example: https://prnt.sc/lq3isLIVoYJT
https://livecoins.com.br/possivel-liquidacao-de-r-167-bilhoes-em-criptomoedas/

In older posts, however, it stops showing “time ago” and shows the full date

Example:
https://prnt.sc/TePx8ox5pgw5
https://livecoins.com.br/potencial-brasil-se-tornar-centro-mineracao-bitcoin/

How can I make it always show the “ago” format?

Hi,

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Thank you!

Good morning,
For several days, on one of my sites which has the Newsmag theme (Version: 5.2.3), I have regularly had an admin account which is created by itself with these identifiers:
Identifier: greeceman
Email: greeceman@mail.com

I’m analyzing and trying to understand what’s going on and I think it may be related to Newsmag / Newspaper themes.

By searching on Google inurl:author/greeceman (https://www.google.com/search?q=inurl:author/greeceman&sca_esv=564615981&rlz=1C1AVFC_enFR990FR990&sxsrf=AB5stBg-3D19dC6KHeEsXjO82wX6-rfxPg:169450 5341872&tbas=0&source=lnt&sa=X&ved =2ahUKEwjLluOnzKSBAxULTaQEHQ4VARQQpwV6BAgBEAs&biw=1920&bih=923&dpr=1) to see if other sites encountered the same problem, I saw that many WordPress also have this author and the common point is the Newsmag / Newspaper themes.

Could you give me your opinion and help me understand?

Thanks in advance

Checked the tutorial. No help.

You can see yourself. When I view, the AMP version page, the same URL is shown, which is not the case with other pages. Screenshot

Hello!

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

Error in td_composer brings my site down (https://www.frontnieuws.com/)

The issue looks to be coming from mine primary builder plugin, td_composer. Specifically, the plugin is producing an error loop that is The server CPU bloated due to high resource usage caused by td composer, likely the source of the high resource demand on mine site. The server CPU bloated due to high resource usage caused by td composer.

There are many There are many slow queries from the plugin such as:0x00007f8bbf214900] get_wp_query() /home/wp_j2urvu/frontnieuws.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_block.php:131.

When my host Dreamhost specifically disabled the td_composer plugin, the demand drops significantly. This points towards the plugin as the problem.

In the meantime, to help with heavy usage, Dreamhost has added a temporary trial to the site to add more server memory. The DreamPress Pro Plus package increase the server memory from 4GB to 6GB and the trial will be active for 7 days. After 7 days the server will automatically resized.

The Frontnieuws site is now back up and running for now. But with the td composer disabled. The front page is displayed correctly, but in the articles themselves, all widgets have disappeared.

Can you help me solve this problem?

Thanks,

Nicky

Hello, I recently activated the “modified date” function

In recent posts it displays the date exactly as configured, that is, with the format “ago”,

Example: https://prnt.sc/lq3isLIVoYJT

It happens in old posts that it stops using the “ago” format and starts showing the full date again, example 1/1/2023 :00h

Example:

How can I make it always show the “ago” format?

Thanks

Hello!

1. Yes, you can share it.

2. There is no bug. Please provide an example where this element called posts loop is not working properly. So, I can check it.

3. Yes. Because you need custom code.

4. We do not have any other elements that have the same features as the posts loop. Sorry!

5. Yes, you are right! I will add this feature to our list. But I’m not sure if this will be considered a new feature in the next update or when exactly this block will be released. So, the fast solution is custom work.

Thank you so much for your understanding!

Thanks a bunch for your prompt reply.

Ok referring to the same numbers above again:

1) Ok I understand its pro-services then for this piece. If I pay for something, can you also make it available in all future releases for everyone? I dont just want to buy a one-off custom fix that I will have to support forever on my own or with pro services through future product updates. I know this is a simple feature that will benefit everyone.

2) Regarding this https://prnt.sc/gjfNEMD7RE7I Can you please see if the same thing happens to you when you install the full Crypto Pro Template Demo with all example data? Im just trying to get the Posts Loop on the Home Page to work properly in the way I described. I agree it doesnt make sense why the excluded posts that I specified from one category, that I dont want to show up on the Posts Loop element, are still showing up only when logged out. I do need to use the Numbered Page Pagination…so I think the easiest solution is to figure out if theres a bug or something, and just get the Posts Loop Element working, since that Element already has what I need and I just need it to function properly. The Flex Block 1 works perfectly fine when excluding individual posts, so you would think that if this issue was with another plugin conflict on my site or something, that even the Flex Block 1 Elements woukd be having the same difficulty hiding specific posts with no category filter enabled, and it works perfect. The fact that this Posts Loop Element looks fine in admin mode/logged-in and then completely ignored the hidden posts properties when logged-out is very strange. I checked for plugin issues and CSS conflicts but Im not seeing anything.

3) How would you go about adding/creating a new block with new features? Are you referring to pro services here for this as well?

4) Are there any other blocks that you know of, where I can style them exactly the same as the Posts Loop, but still exclude categories? What other Elements could I try? There’s so many elements that I havent looked through every single one yet. Again Im just trying to stylize another Element to look the same as Posts Loop, with Numbered Pagination, and I can filter categories or posts from it. Pretty simple I hope.

5) Aside from pro services, and with the understanding that you folks can only provide support here, how does tagDiv go about taking feature requests in-general? I feel like every user of Newspaper Theme would want to be able to have the ability to use Numbered Pagination on a block of posts while being able to filter posts and categories. Im not sure sure how much pro services costs for this but if its not a lot of extra money then sure I maybe I’ll considee funding it. From a coding perspective, everything already exists and is written, I just need a Posts Loop Element with category filters, OR I need a Flex Block 1 Element with Pagination, and if that means just merging the functions of both into a new Block then that sounds possible and not that difficult to do in the future. Flex Block 1 already supports pagination, just not Numeric Pagination, so I just dont understand why its a difficult think to add the extra form of Pagination to Flex Block 1. Once again though, if there’s any other alternatives, Im happy to try it. Im just very curious how tagDiv handles feature requests. It sounds like there arent feature requests and just pro-services for anything that doesnt currently exist in terms of functionality? I just want to make sure I understand the full picture.

Thanks in advance one more for your time and help. 🙂

Hello!

Yes, this kind of pagination is not available for the Flex Block 1 element.
This feature should work well: https://prnt.sc/gjfNEMD7RE7I (Check if you do not use some extra plugins that may interfere there.)
The Posts Loop element doesn’t have a tab with all the filter options, like flex block elements.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example, on the category page, there will be posts from that category).

1. This will require custom work, which is not covered by the support team.
For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.

2. Something should interfere there. I’ve tested this feature on the latest update of the theme and plugins, and it is working well.

3. The blocks are different and work differently. We cannot change the way blocks work, but we could add a new block with new features.

Thank you so much for your understanding!

Hello!

Yes. For pages, you need to add the list in the TagDiv Composer. For example: https://prnt.sc/pf89MLJH5bP8
In the articles, we have an element for displaying the content from Gutenberg, but not for pages.

Thank you!

Hello!

The mobile theme and AMP layout is similar. Uninstall the AMP plugin and set only mobile theme in the theme panel settings.
I recommend you use these 2 mobile versions:

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

Hai,

The product detail page should have a different coloured background. As far as I know, only the class „td-ss-main-content“ in der single-product.phps would have to be renamed / redefined. Interestingly, all(!) changes I make to template file woocommerce/single-product.php have no effect at all. Even if I delete the whole <div> container ;=)

Am I making a thought error? The class td-ss-main-content and thus the <div> container is already displayed in the frontend, so it must be the template. Nowhere else outside of the Newspaper Theme have I found the class. Nothing seems to be stored in the database either. Caching has of course been deleted ?

Where is my error or is there another possibility to set an individual page background per page, for example for category.php, page.php or single.php? There is no access to the single-product.php via the Cloud templates. Also not via the Theme panel

At the moment, Newspaper version 12.1.1 is still in use. The update is scheduled for the next few days.

I know the disadvantages of changing something directly in the template and not using a child theme ;=)

Thx for supporting me!

Best Rgds

Hi there!

I’m having an issue where pages are not any showing list-items on the Crypto News Pro Premade Template (I installed the demo site and have been performing on minor work to it, so its a very basic install).

What I mean more specifically is in the following example:

I simply go into my wordpress (brand new 6.3.1 installation and vanilla with no extras except your template right now), and I create a new Page.

Within my new Page I add some text and I create a simple list within Gutenberg (here’s the HTML of it):

<li>List item one.</li>

<li>List item two.</li>

<li>List item three.</li>

Then, whether I preview the page or save/publish/view the page, all of the normal/regular text and content on the page looks perfectly fine, EXCEPT the list is just a big missing blank area. If I highlight over the “blank” / empty area where the list lives, I see my list text.

So for whatever reason, when I add any list items to any pre-existing or brand new pages, the text is all invisible when you visit the live webpage as admin or non-logged-in user.

Posts work perfectly fine for list items and whatnot.

Can you please explain to me why this is happening and how I can fix it?

I’ve read through some other older posts around different issues, I’d prefer to not have to manually edit the “Live CSS” on every Page I create. I’m hoping for a root-cause/permanent fix to this issue.

Thank you in advance for your time and help! 🙂

I set up my mobile theme originally to use AMP pages, but I’ve changed my mind and want to not have any AMP pages showing. I purchased the Purge AMP CDN Cache plugin to try to get rid of the AMP pages, but they are still rendering.

Also, possibly related, I’ve modified the NP Theme mobile and mobile-2 pages, but is still rendering the desktop version. I’m thinking maybe I have the mobile theme panel settings wrong.

How do I set it up to only render the mobile theme on small devices and get rid of and AMP versions?

Hi,

I’ve already made a gallery with Gutenberg and it’s really clunky, (I sent a page example) I want to know if you have any plans to change this. All themes that I work with come with a scrolling image gallery as standard, Revolution Slider is a lot of work just to show 5 basic images. If this is not currently in your roadmap, can you ask the developers to consider one please?

I’m sorry but the Slide element does not automatically slide. I’ve tried it several times. There aren’t any options for the slide timings plus I’ve tried it in several browsers. Can you show me an example of the Slide element moving automatically with news posts please?

Thank you
