I don’t understand your message at all! There is no error message! it’s just that the “youtube” video doesn’t display in sticky like the example with vimeo which works. So it works with vimeo and not with youtube, take a good look at the examples above.
Is there no way to change the width that comes by default? For example, I want to use 1068px.

Example of an embed with YouTube (it doesn’t work): https://share.cleanshot.com/7k7j7kgS
Example of an embed with Vimeo (it’s ok): https://share.cleanshot.com/NtpGJTkH
Hello,
You need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, for example, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.
Also, you can delete other elements.
Thank you!
Hi Prateek,
Can you please try the mobile theme with amp to see if the problem is still persisting when the mobile theme layout is used for amp?
Thank you!

This News12Paper icon shows up when I scroll from below upwards. When I get to the top, it disappears. How can I change that logo for the logo on my site?
Thanks for your help!
As I said in my first post here menu works when you try to open anchor link while beeing on different page. And it’s what happens on example you’ve send. To see problem try to navigate to # link while beeing on that page already. I’ve pointed out example of 4 links sending to # within one page on screenshot, besides 1st link which reloads page, rest of them doesn’t work for me.
Hi,
There’s a problem with TD cloud library plugin. After getting scan failures from amp plugin, I installed Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and disabled all the plugins. The site scan result in success. After enabling a few plugins including TD composer, mobile theme alongwith the newspaper theme, amp site scan was still working. But when I installed TD cloud library, the site scan failed again.
Please help
Hello,
While we have Newspaper running and active on our corporate website, we’d like to have a local installation so that we can create and test new page designs/functionalities. We use MAMP for our local management. Is it possible to reuse the license that we have purchased for our local installation, or do we need to buy another license for the local installation?
2nd question – is it possible to download pre-built websites without changing the existing website template? We’d like to implement some of the design from other pages into our corporate website.
Our corporate website is https://commandeleven.com
Looking forward to your assistance.
Regards,
We have just published our site with Newspaper 12.3
We have a small problem. All our posts have at least two categories. The Flex Block and Post Loop seems to display by default one category – which is the first in alphabetical order of all the categories allocated.
See https://www.communitypractitioner.co.uk/category/professional-pause/ for example – categories are in green under the featured image.
I can’t see how we can adjust this. I would like to display the Primary Category in this place.
Hello,
Articles published on April 26 are indicated as having been published on April 28… We do not understand where the problem comes from: example > https://share.cleanshot.com/XKGC8Vf7
While the settings in wordpress is the following: https://share.cleanshot.com/KHm1l9CR
Do you have any idea where the problem comes from?
thanks for the help
Hello Bettina, thanks for your quick reply. However I must say that when advertising for a blazing fast and SEO optimized theme, it requires a lot of customisations to get things running.
Looking at the URL’s generated (https://www.vissenvanuitjehuisje.nl/tdcpt_directories/test/) not very SEO friendly. Now Pagespeed results which are poor because there is a lot of unused stuff loading ( https://rr2—sn-32o-guh6.googlevideo.com/videoplayback?expire=1682693135&ei=r4dLZKyKCvuMxN8PkZ-r8AQ&ip=20.90.79.252&id=o-AHzxQ58ElOWraRLdrFlcn3bX6UTFNy0) causing the poor score.
Support is referring to extern websites for solutions rather then having support through a ticket system. But good for Tagdive everyone seems fine with it…
Hello @erickimani !
The tagdiv plugins are very important for the theme. For example, the cloud library plugin contains all the cloud templates, which is why when you uninstall it, the templates are broken.
Thank you!
Good morning, I have these two problems at http://www.huelvaya.es:
1) My old wordpress theme used a preview image size of 50×50 and this new theme I bought from you uses 150×150. I have installed several plugins to regenerate previews but in the home it keeps showing me the 50×50.jpg
When I change the default sizes, the new images do fit me well, but the old ones continue to be kept from the url 50×50.jpg instead of 150×150.jpg
2) When I enter wordpress I always get a TagDiv banner at the top that says “Bespoke Web Development & Design Services”, how can I remove it?
Hi,
The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin, and you need to select this option -> https://i.imgur.com/U1pH6QN.png
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems you have the mobile theme + amp activated.
Please deactivate those plugins, tagdiv mobile theme and amp, clear all cache.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Thank you!
I just made a restore of my site.
But I need to know how to avoid this problem, if I will upgrade the AMP plugin again.
Thanks
Miro
Hi, please help me check my site, http://www.bestvapepr.com
There are a lot of bugs since I upgrade the AMP plugin.
Hi,
This error is due to having your Cookie Privacy settings too high!
An example in Internet Explorer, you can set the Privacy settings under Tools–>Internet Options–>Privacy tab.
Either set the slider to Medium or add the site under sites and click ALLOW. This will enable the WordPress plugin: Cookies for Comments to drop a cookie onto the user’s desktop which will identify them as a normal user and not a spammer or bot. Read up on the plugin here.
Thank you!
Hello @tainazinha !
We didn’t tested. But, a shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Update:
That email I was suppose to receive, just found it in my junk. I tried logging in via the ‘recovery link’ they provided and also visiting the error page link, it made no difference. Ultimately the instructions they gave haven’t changed anything and the issue still persists.- It reads the following:
Hi!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, tagDiv Social Counter.
First, visit your website (https://fightgameinsider.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://fightgameinsider.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=329&action=edit) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.1.1
Active theme: Newspaper (version 12.3.1)
Current plugin: tagDiv Social Counter (version 5.3 | built on 24.04.2023 13:52)
PHP version 8.0.27

I’ve recently bought this theme and was making some changes to the homepage via the front-end TagDiv editor. All was going well until I changed the default ‘fan count’ numbers shown for the Facebook, Twitter, YouTube stats on the right hand side, as the default values were obviously different to my actual ones.
Where it said ‘fixed fan amount’ (or something along those lines) I removed the number that was there and added the correct number (1,300 for Facebook), I also added a link to our Facebook page in the ‘Facebook id’ box, and did this with YouTube as well (left the YouTube ‘fixed fan count’ number empty). Anyway, I saved it then refreshed the page just to be met with a totally blank screen home page. My whole homepage had gone, the only thing that’s left is the header and footer which have both been unharmed. Where the body of the homepage was it now says ’empty column’, and I was greeted with an error message in the top right corner saying the following:
“Error at zones: 6(models) ” 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current site has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
As seen in this image: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FcmcgQhBWmauMmtJ4yubj1VMe6s7t7MH/view?usp=sharing
I tried both UNDO functions and neither did anything. The word ‘content’ in the above error message was hyperlinked so I clicked it and this time was met with a completely grey page, the only thing on it was text saying the following:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress”
As seen in this image: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LJedUipzJb13YU3rfGs5aNWx5pUY5GBb/view?usp=sharing
I have received no email regarding this and the words ‘Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress’ were hyperlinked, taking me to this page: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/faq-troubleshooting/
It’s worth noting that when you click the links in the header/footer, they work fine and the pages it takes you to also work fine (most haven’t been set up yet but the ones that actually have content are just like normal)
When you go to another page, for example ‘MMA News’ I get the usual top bar WordPress options as seen in the image below:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h3uYzk02OaxSgo-0RnteoR2xcOLVIHgN/view?usp=sharing
But when you go to the home page, that bar is completely gone, as seen in image below:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1caKDmKg6f-92f0vB27uGohJhaLD-EZOs/view?usp=sharing
I have absolutely no idea what’s happened or how to get my homepage back. If someone could assist me please it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Unfortunately, in our theme we do not have dark mode and light mode features.
You have to do it manually. Change the background color into white from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Theme colors -> General theme colors. And also the global colors which are used in the demo, you can find and change them if you edit the homepage for example with the TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager : https://prnt.sc/LJVqfzmJ72wi.
Thank you!
Hello guys,
I really rlike what you do as products, but This banner of your, on top of Everysingle WP Admin page, is too much ! I’have clients working on wp all day long, they don’t want to see that…
Please remove this ad of yours, or make it closable !
WP admin is a workspace, don’t take over like that in whole website !
“Bespoke Web Development & Design Services
Take your website to the next level with web solutions designed for you!”
seriously… ?!
Thanks.
Hi Calin,
Thank you for your response, but I think you misunderstood the issue.
– The website is configured that only registered and logged in users can leave a comment.
On single post AMP, in order to leave a comment, the user is required to login via the “Log in to leave a comment” button or via “Log in to leave a comment” in the comments list (as per screenshot in the prev message).
So, these Button and Link are not working, so the user can not login.
Thank you.
