I have a problem about mobile theme home page. In the explanation of mobile theme, there are 2 section of page. Top grid that contains 3 featured contents and second (latest article) But in my mobile theme, there are only latest article section and I cannot see top grid.
How can i fix it?
Also I want to learn that can i customize mobile theme subfooter? For example can i add background picture in it?

I can’t say I know a lot in this matter, but those are quite a lot of requirements to be met in order to create a fully compatible website with the WCAG rules. The Newspaper theme would not be compliant with those specifications, even with a lot of modifications (some may not be even possible) and work, this is not the way to go about it.
If this the target, to create a fully compliant website, maybe consider recommending your client a theme that is built with these guidelines in mind. That would be a solution. I found this topic mentioning some examples

That would be the case, the child theme is quite limited after the recent update. Most theme files have been moved in the composer plugin as mentioned here

So now the file that you used to modify is in the composer – http://prntscr.com/nfpxm0 which could be modified but you will have to do it each time you update the theme and plugins.

The 9.7 update was a somewhat major update, now the tagDiv composer has to be active at all times in order to maintain the same functionality. Most issues that can happen after update are related to how the theme is updated.
For example if you update by FTP the old theme has to be deleted and the new one uploaded. Then the plugins have to be updated as mentioned in the guide provided above. If you use a child theme this may not work anymore, the recent changes are the cause.
You can however not update for the time being and keep using the previous theme version, that depend on you entirely. You can update in the future if you should consider it. Maybe try it on a local copy of the site to see what happens, while having the main website kept safe. There are plugins that can duplicate a website if you should consider this suggestion.

Q1. I can see how to create a page from a Cloud Library page but, I like the Single Post templates better for a PAGE I’m trying to create. If I import the template, duplicate then I get warnings about ‘not created with tagDiv’ and can’t see how to instantiate the template into a page. Can you help please?
Q2. I have the mobile theme and AMP running but when I look at https://ulanua.com on a mobile I see the pink FastNews header background and can’t find where to change it to the blues of the main site. I’ve cleared caches and it still doesn’t work so I may be missing a setting.

That is possible, you can display videos and embed audio in pages or posts.
For example in a column text element you can paste a link to a video and it will appear in the page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/video-from-youtube/
Or an entire playlist maybe, like this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/youtube-playlist-instead-of-each-video-individually/
Audio can also be displayed in a page, like this – https://www.sitepoint.com/4-simple-ways-add-audio-wordpress-site/
So it is possible to display video and audio in a page with the composer.

The mobile theme is a plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to customize the style for AMP, sorry! If you want to customize your AMP mode, you need to do it yourself through the code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take, in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

You could modify the cropping there if this is required, but the modifications will be lost after a theme update when the plugin is updated.
However maybe there is a different way of achieving the results you want. For example if you want to have more control over how a thumb looks in a module, you could use a flex block or flex grid – http://prntscr.com/nfmaaj – http://prntscr.com/nfmaer these have some settings for customizing how the image looks. Recently, I activated AMP on my website. But I have a quiz post and the AMP version of the post is indexed by Google. And the quiz is not working in AMP so I disable the AMP from the post editor option. I waited 2-3 days but Google is still showing the AMP version of the post. Hello! So by default, I know the header search bar searches the local wordpress. Now what if I want the header search bar to search a different website? For example, the website is http://a.com and there is a header search on it, but I want for when users type something into the search bar, it sends the request to http://b.com/searchstring?={whatever the user typed into the search bar} instead? Before the 9.7 update, I just used a child theme to replace the header: /parts/header/header-menu.php, but now with the new rules…apparently that doesn’t work anymore. I even tried making the changes in the Newspaper core files, but it wouldn’t take either. So I’m looking for a solution that wouldn’t break if there are Newspaper theme updates. Thanks!
My website has many articles that were created with the classic editor, using a different theme (canvas). Paragraphs were created using two taps to the ‘return’ key.
These paragraphs are now displayed without any double space between paragraphs. I’m not sure exactly when the change of appearance occurred.
I can get a double space between paragraphs, only by adding a third tap to the return key, which creates an ‘nbsp’ in the text view using classic editor.

After updating to Newspaper 9.7.1 I’ve noticed the following errors on my AMP category pages (note I am using the AMP for WP plugin to generate these pages):

Hi @Catalin, I have already read the documentation and tested the latest updates on my staging site. There is a major issue with the mobile theme options where it does not show the responsive version of my website even though I have selected for it to only show the mobile version on AMP in the theme panel. This prevents me from going live with this update.
