I also want to hide the number of comments indicator. It would be desirable that it could be configured at the block level. From what I’ve seen at code level it’s not possible “td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_block_authors.php”.
I ask for this feature to add to this other one https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/authors-boxwidgets-how-to-limit-the-authors-list/#post-398911. In terms of performance it could also be beneficial.

So, for those looking for a free answer, here you go:
1. I created a gravatar with the image I wanted to display. https://en.gravatar.com
2. I created a new user and added title to the nickname and public name. (Adopt Don’t Shop)
3. I added an author box to the sidebar.
4. I used the following CSS (theme panel/custom code) to remove the image/author name links:
.td_block_author a {pointer-events: none;}
5. I styled the author box to my liking.
Well, there you go boy and girls. Probably not the best solution but it works for me.

2. Reduce the size of the author box that appears at the end of the article. Keep the
image in the left corner and the text on the right in the same row. You can just keep

3. we need to put the Email subscription CTA button between the articles.
4. categories in the subheader in the form of a slider. Also keep the logo to the left
corner. and search button and menu button to the right. Keep the size of buttons and

Ok, then is there an easy way to remove the links from the image and the author name from an “author box”? I can use this if the links can be removed so viewers can’t click on them and open the author page.

If you have disabled these theme panel options and use a single post template then the settings will not apply, the theme panel settings apply on standard post template.
To delete the author box and related articles, edit with tagDiv Composer the Single Post Template => https://www.screencast.com/t/KWmBHU5juF6R select the element and with right-click => https://www.screencast.com/t/jcffF5bb87ft or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://www.screencast.com/t/DSbFuKBiru

Newspaper X: I disabled the author box, but it’s showing on the website. I disabled related articles but still I see related (2-3) more articles after the main article is over on the post page while scrolling down. I am using tagdiv single post template default pro for my posts. Can anyone help please how do I resolve this?

I need to know what is the best way for search engines to index my posts’ authors names. At the moment I am not displaying the posts’ authors using the dedicated module (post author or post author box), and almost no post is indexed on that information. Searching in Google for my authors names returns almost no results; except if I have included their names in the post title. What are your suggestions? Thanks.

I was able to customize appearance and apply translation for the comments on post.
However the pages still show the comment box without translation and style, and I don’t find the command in TagDiv to customize it.
How can I make so that pages show comments with the correct translation and style ?

Hi I have the Guest Author plugin installed and it works fine when I have the author box at the bottom of the page or in the sidebar. The minute I move the Author Box to the top of the Single Post Template it defaults away from the guest authors name to our user name. Is there anyway to fix this as I’d like the authors name to appear at the top if possible?

Hi Vlad – sorry, yes, I replaced the Flex Box 1 excerpt in that position with column text. However, it would be good to know for the future. I assume the problem may be some corruption in my software. The author used to appear but one day just disappeared.
