in tagdiv composer is show the logo but in the website it not updating.
and also one this block title is also not updating after saving.

Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/

I see. You are referring to the top bar. The simple way will be to try to het the cloud header from the cloud template, so the top bar will come with the header template.
If the element has been hidden, then it must be used a custom css.
If you have hidden it on all devices then it won’t appear anywhere. Open the CSS section in the composer and enter this code in it – https://prnt.sc/pqi1z7 the row should then be visible so you can interact with it. Then you can remove the code, after you make it visible on at least one viewport

About the error, did you set from Gutenberg in some posts the comment element? If is so, then this can be the problem that you get that message (because there are two comment sections on the post).
Unfortunately, there is no system to convert the blocks in flex blocks.
There are two methods to move from standard pack to cloud.
1. You install a demo that it is pro, but before this please make sure that you have a full backup for the website and database, because the current settings will be removed.
1. You replace manually each element and template from the website, for example you replace each block with flex blocks and import cloud templates.

That examples proves there’s something wrong. When “Unique article” is enable on that page (homepage) some unique articles dissapear and duplicate posts are kept. Please, explain how can that happen? The rule applied by “unique article” should give the opposite result.

Can anyone tell us if it is possible in a Post Loop to make all modules equal in height? We now see by, for example, a longer title that the module blocks are not all the same height. We would like to see this equalized.

1. The font set in tagdiv composer, for several elements, it’s Almendra Display. But it’s not being processed and displayed for tablet and mobile versions. It works only for desktop version. It can only be a theme related issue.
I sent a template where that occurs along login credentials.

*When unique article is enabled several posts disappear: those posts are unique so, why are they excluded? on the other hand the article that should be excluded is kept? It makes no sense. Something is wrong!

Do I need to insert the Mailerlite code as a text block or as a newsletter block?
I want to avoid inserting it before it looks ok, otherwise the user experience would not be good.
I would like to have Style 3 – square with border and defined background color. Normally I could do it via the newsletter block, but as I said, it is not accepting the Mailerlite code.
Hi homebusinessmag, first you’ll need to replace all templates from the standard pack and only after that to disable it. Those shortcodes are from blocks, you can replace theme with flex blocks.

There are more plugins from that article that can be used with our theme. As I know I saw on users the Responsive Tabs and the Ultimate Blocks, but you can try each one you want and choose the one that it is working the best for you.

For some reason when I tried to “filter” this Flex block 1 to “NEWS” category it appear empty. I tried everything – Random posts, latest etc. Only when I choose “all category” I can see the demo posts. What should I do?

We recently went live with newspaper theme and I have questions regarding some issues and errors
1- There’s an error with font “Almendra display” Please debug and provide information “JA – Category Opiniao” ‹ Jornal do Algarve — WordPress
2- Video Popup and autoplay is enabled at tagdivcomposer but it’s not working. Why?
3- We noticed that mobile pages are extremely slow. Could you take a look and give us some feedback? How can we improve loading time on that page? To improve performance what’s the recommended option for “Content Preloading”?
4- Is it possible to change and customize video play button? We’d like to Turn it square and determine position over image (Bottom left or right, Top lef right?
5- How can we set a block to display exclusive articles but not only the exclusive ones? In our news site, any category can have exclusive posts and for that reason, I need to determine if an article will display exclusive label when that post is being published and edited. At post level and not at block level. We don’t want to group exclusive content into a spcific block but rather serve the, cronologicaly, through different blocks. How can we achive that?
5- We need to avoid the repetition of Featured articles on other blocks (homepage). How can we achieve that?
We’ve set the first block on our homepage to display only featured articles but there’s a problem. Those articles are always classifed as featured plus another category, for obvious reasons. We can’t find, in tagdiv composer, an option to avoid the repetition of an article at different blocks and that is a problem. If I use filtering options to exclude feature category from other blocks (avoiding the repetition on that article) they won’t be shown anywhere in the homepage. Using offset posts to avoid the repetition of feature article won’t work either because featured article It’s not the last post published. The only viable solution is to have, like other themes do, an option to avoid the repetition os posts from the different blocks that compose the homepage.
6- In “Post Loop” block there’s no option to exclude posts by categories. How can we achieve that? Example: Exclude category: -3, -47107, -24,

Since we can’t update our space until we set your template to fit our needs we have at another webspace that has the latest php and mysql here

Unfortunately, you can not place content with pictures there, sorry.
Maybe you can find a plugin which can create a block like you need and add it as a shortcode in your templates. A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
Now, it’s possible to be a plugin conflict there if that plugin wasn’t tested with our theme, but you can make a test on a test page.
