Hi there! I’ve got a problem with a SLIDE element inside our website. On mobile mode, when we arrive to the homepage, the SLIDE element works just fine, but when we rotate te phone to landscape mode, most of the time, the element doesn’t resize correctly and it appears with the same width as if it were on portrait mode. There’s been a couple of times when it shows correctly, but most of the time, it appears as we described before.

Something weird also happens when after this incorrect display on landscape mode, we return to portrait one. When we do this, the column with the Slide element appears to have the correct width, but the title text appears cut, uncomplete, as if it recognize the landscape width instead of the portrait one.

What could be happening? Any idea on how could we fix this?

The only significant thing we’ve made that may be interfering is a change we’ve made to the main css section of the site. We wanted to achive wider blocks on mobile mode, so we wrote the next code lines:

.tdc-row.td-stretch-content, .tdc-row-composer.td-stretch-content {
padding-left: 5px;
padding-right: 5px;
}

And that’s it. We’ve done this “portrait-landscape” experiment erasing those code lines but it’s still happening, so we’re not completly sure that’s the cause.

Hi there! I’m working on a news website and i’m facing a problem. I need a block that displays blog entries from specific categories that are chosen by the site user. So we are using FLEX BLOCK 1 with Header template: Block Header 4. We’ve also set the filter type as “categories”.

This gave us a solution for our needs, but we’ve discovered that there’s no way of styling the Ajax categories dropdown, except for the Block Font settings.

Is there a way for styiling this? Or is there any other way to achieve the same functionality with a configurable Ajax categories dropdown? We want to ensure the visibility of the dropdown and we want to do this using different colors for the Font, the background ande maybe the hover setting for the dropdown categories.

Hi, I want to hide specific category name (i’e “Lead News, Top News etc) from “Single Post Categories” element/content.
For example; I can choose multiple categories for a news. suppose I’ve chosen, Top News & International for a post. I want to show only “International” (category name) not the “Top News” (Category name). (in single post template). How can I do that?

Hi – when trying to save custom CSS under Theme Panel >> Custom code >> CSS, I can add the code I need but when I hit “Save” the spinning modal icon appears but doesn’t disappear. Reloading the page notes that the code hasn’t persisted.

Any suggestions on what’s happening and if there are some log files worth investigating?

For reference, the code I’m adding is:

.td-block-title {
background-color: #123456;
}

… where #123456 is the hex code for the colour. I’m adding this in as there doesn’t seem to be the ability to edit this property in the tagDiv Composer UI.

Forgot to add, I’m running the latest version of the theme, WordPress and plugins.

Quick edit/update: Looks like I can’t save any changes made in the Theme Panel, so it’s not just CSS…

I read all your documentation on the plugin tagDiv Opt-In Builder but I couldn’t find any information on a particular point before installing it.

If a subscriber (free subscriber, without a customer account just a subscription by mail) wants to unsubscribe, how to proceed? Does he have access to his account to do it himself? Do you have to do it manually for it? If he unsubscribes, does he immediately lose access to the blocked articles?

Since we are a photography blog, we often use “Gallery” blocks in our articles. Until a while ago, when one of the Gallery images in the article was pressed, its larger version would come to the page and other images in the gallery would be displayed with the help of right and left arrows.

As can be seen here, although the “Link to” setting is set to “Media file” in the Gallery block, only one image is displayed on the screen and it is not possible to switch between other images in the gallery.

What could be the reason for this?

When I edit the text in a ‘Text with Title’ block, all the paragraphs lose all spacing between paragraphs. Why is this happening?

Merry Xmas and happy new year all.

I’ve placed an image in an image box. I’ve sized the original to the height and width required.

I can set the height to the height of the image in the image height setting, and it is fine on a wide screen, but I assume that is why, when reducing the screen width, the image does not re-size (because the width is fixed, not percentage), and looks very bad at smaller scales, eg on a mobile, because it is cut off.

But with no setting in the image height setting, or set to 100%, the box expands, is the wrong shape, and the image expands height wise to fit the wrong sized box, and doesn’t fit.

There must be something very simple I’ve missed, or am I using the wrong block to place an image?

Following the last update to version “11.4” our homepage is broken and “td_block_” shortcodes are displayed all over. Our news website “megabox.gr” meets a serious impact due to this. Please check and advise soonest possible.

After the last update, I have a problem with the color scheme. All class = “block-title” have turned from my blue to the default # 222 and it can’t be set anywhere.
