Hi,
If you are using cloud templates, please make sure that the ads are also set in ad box element with tagDiv Composer .
Also, make sure that the browser you are using does not have any adblocker enabled.
Thank you!

Hi,
What you can do is to use the filter tab – https://i.imgur.com/aAfcJnz.pnghttps://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ if one article should be part from all taxonomies, then try this option – https://i.imgur.com/8u9KKoP.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
If there are no articles under a tag, the block will be automatically hidden.
Thank you!

Hi everyone.
I have a problem I can’t solve.
I’m using the Newspaper theme updated to the latest version.
I created a content type using the CPT UI plugin and associated it with taxonomies.
I called the content type “Contribution” and associated it with the “Issues” and “Sections” taxonomies.
To explain it better, the “Contribution” content type contains all the articles in a newspaper, the “Issue” taxonomy is the issue of the current magazine, and the “Section” taxonomy is associated with different sections of the magazine.
I hope I’ve been clear.
Having said that, my problem arises when I create a page dedicated to that specific magazine issue, where I have individual “Flex block 1” elements that I want to filter by both the “Issue” and “Section” taxonomy at the same time.
Let me explain better. I’d like to display all the “Contribution” content types, the “10 – Bad Thoughts” taxonomy, and the “Editorial” section taxonomy, in a specific “Flex Block 1.”
I hope I’ve been clear.
I can’t find any type of filter.
Could someone tell me how to do it, if it’s possible or if I need to find another solution?
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
To better explain, I’ve attached a screenshot showing the “Editorial” section, which also includes the number 14, which shouldn’t appear to get the desired result.

Hello,

I must have done something wrong, and my website background started displaying completely in white. I don’t understand why. I tried to change certain elements to black, but two blocks still have a white background. How can I change them to black, please?

ANd the rest of the website has a white background too. I really do not understand.

My website : http://www.mark-et-ting.com

Thank for this, works great!
I added a block with the filter configured.
Can you tell how I can prevent displaying this (flex)block if the blog article has no other tag matching blog articles?

Could you please provide some screenshots of the settings for the articles and the block where the articles should be displayed (from both the General and Filter tabs)? Additionally, a link to the website would be helpful.

Hi,
If you want to display articles based on a tab slug, use a single post template and edit it with tagDiv Composer, then add a block and in the filter tab, use the tag filter to display only the articles containing that tag slug – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ https://i.imgur.com/ioechtM.png
In case that you are using a standard template, you can use the theme panel option for related article and set the type on by tag – https://i.imgur.com/TdRTe4u.png

Hello,
If you’re encountering an infinite loading screen after clicking Save Settings in the theme panel, the issue is likely related to admin-ajax.php. To diagnose the problem, please open your browser’s developer console and check for any error messages.
This behavior is commonly caused by admin-ajax.php being blocked by modSecurity, your hosting provider’s firewall, or certain security plugins or server modules.
Thank you

Hi,
Could you please check the block you’re trying to highlight on your homepage? Make sure that:
– The block doesn’t have any offset set.
– The filter includes the specified category or is set to “All Categories.”

Thanks!

Hello,
It will need to set a plugin to see what exactly from tagDiv Cloud Library is consuming the resources. For this, you can use the Query Monitor plugin. This cna be related to a block or menu that makes many requests to the database.

Hi,
If you want you can try those:
– FacetWP
– Search & Filter Pro
– Search & Filter (Free)
– Filter Everything
– JetSmartFilters (Crocoblock)
– WP Ultra Filter
These all support filtering by both custom taxonomies and custom fields (including ACF fields).

Hi there,

I confirm that I’m also experiencing this issue at my end.
The website suddenly broke on the front end, while displaying correctly in edit mode.

This includes multiple elements / blocks on the page, missing images, post grids that don’t maintain their layout, etc.

It would be great if this issue could be resolved ASAP!

Thank you!

Hi,

The theme has some problem. Today several blocks got messed up without doing anything. In Composer edit mode everything is fine while editing. When exiting edit mode, several blocks have broken down.

Here is a link with 2 screenshots: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bHJqINYApVEE9SVpXoM8Jca93TM_MP7H

How can I fix this urgently please?

may be filter a Flex Block (with filter taxonomy) by a plugin like Filter Everything?

Calin

Hi,
Sorry, this is not possible.
The Newspaper theme provides filters per ID, category/taxonomies, by cpt type, by tag slug, authors and there are also the special filters for cloud templates, which are also mentioned in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ anothere option that can be handy is the ajax category filter (it can be used for taxonomy too) – https://i.imgur.com/s5VtIti.png
Thank you!

Hi,
You need to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/u0WDBap.png select the blocks from column 1, after that from column 2, and for each theme check the filter tab for the categories that are set – https://i.imgur.com/RUyduf4.png, and check in the general tab the number of articles that are set to be displayed and to be skipped – https://i.imgur.com/qStE5V2.png https://i.imgur.com/6ZYtc8G.png if that category do not have enought articles then (more then the offset number), then will not display any articles-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!

I would like to request a refund on this product. I have been on several calls with dreamhost trying to figure out how to properly edit this template and it’s given me problems.

I am using WordPress 6.8.2
When editing posts, the Gutenberg/block editor shows an error
The issue disappears when switching to a default theme

Please advise on the process to get a refund.

hello,
I need to create filters like “Flex Loop Filters” to work on Flex block.
How can do this?

Calin

Hi Antonio, in this situation, what can be done is to replace the elements/blocks that use the image as a background image with a block that set the image using the img element, for this you can create your own module and use the flex builder https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
I hope this will help you!

Calin

Hi,
On the flex block, you can set with tagDiv Composer in the Filter tab in input for “Multiple terms filter:” the id of the taxonomy/taxonomies made with acf plugin – https://i.imgur.com/TsqDoL0.png
Thank you!
