Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

According to our documentation, the video pop up can be used only for the post that has the featured video format, also, on pages, this video pop up will work only on Flex Block elements.
The sticky video option is available only for videos inside the posts.

You can do that by editing with tagDiv Composer the single post template and use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/cJGliyJ.png for articles, unfortunately, for blocks for the moment there is no option to move it in the front of date, sorry!

What are you using for your homepage? Did you use simple text with image as in a default WordPress theme? or you are using blocks, grids and more elements from theme builder? Because when you disable the composer, will be only shortcodes on desktop and this will be actually a text that will be loaded quite fast without any queries. When the them plugins are enable the website structured is change and the layout will be much different with different elements that make each one of them and it need to make optimizations for your website. Indeed some times there are other problems interfering that can make your website slower, like a slow host, extra plugins and uploading unused code.

Maybe is a solution for what you want, when you set the image box in widgets, add it an extra class => https://www.screencast.com/t/pT32zX6vq for example, I set “td-try”, and after you need to add this code in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Advanced CSS for each port and set the height, so that the whole image is displayed => https://www.screencast.com/t/UC3SEKe3ND

If want to keep the desktop layout on mobile then will be a better idea to use the responsive version (or mobile page template, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer).
The mobile theme plugin uses a standard layout for mobile to make it faster, but for this, all your pages need to be remade using the mobile editor (so you can only add the elements that are present in the toolbar, without shortcodes (blocks) and the shortcode for the contact form (if you copy-paste the code will not work)).
