I would like to hyperlink the block titles on my home page http://www.snowsbest.com so that if you click the block title “snow travel” “family travel” “latest gear” “heli ski” etc you automatically go to the category page for that title. Is this possible?
Hello! I made custom settings for the author block, and these are now only showing up on the author’s page. For example, the author block here has the correct settings (http://athousanddifferentcolors.com/author/audrey-woodhams/) but the author block at the bottom of the post has standard settings (http://athousanddifferentcolors.com/becoming-a-frog/). Thanks for your help!
I placed many blocks on frontpage Check my website
When I click on a tab of a block, the content does not load and wheel keeps moving. see the screenshot
Please tell me a solution as soon as possible.
Hello,
I am French, so sorry for my english level. Here is my website : unolympique.com. As you can see, all the block are afflix, were is no separation between them. Its not esthetic for the website. How can I fix that ?
Hi,
You can try to use Image Box element, but please note that tagdiv blocks were designed for 1,2 and 3 columns – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/image-box/
Thanks!
Hi,
Please remove this code in order to remove the meta information from the block: https://www.screencast.com/t/rq9lsVw6y
Thank you!
thanks Catalin for your reaction.
I only use standard grids, rows and columns on my site, http://zoektocht.net
———–
we use the same shortcodes as Visual Composer for all the custom blocks, big grids, rows, and columns. The differences come from the shortcode attributes. For example, we have implemented an easier and totally different way to use the CSS box than in Visual Composer.
———–
I don’t have shortcode attributes as far as I know.
the page looks perfect even after disabling visual composer.
recreating the page is a lot of work and at the moment I don’t see the need for it.
so is it still necesary then to recreate it when only using standard things?
this is the code that’s generated for the front page

You can filter the articles from Newsticker like on any tagdiv block – https://www.screencast.com/t/E0PtkNVdU Please check block settings tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/

background-color:transparent;
}

Hello,
The block settings can be found in the page builder. Please edit your page in the tagdiv composer and change the block settings like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Please tell me the new code for each of these elements:
This One:
vc_row][vc_column][vc_text_separator title="" i_icon_fontawesome="fa fa-ticket" i_color="custom" color="custom" style="double" border_width="2" add_icon="true" i_custom_color="#e59773" accent_color="#e59773"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
This One:
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_message color="info" message_box_style="solid-icon"]
- bullet one
[/vc_message][/vc_column][/vc_row]
And:
[vc_row][vc_column width="1/3"][vc_btn title="Title" style="3d" color="info" align="center" i_icon_fontawesome="fa fa-book" link="url:link||" add_icon="true" button_block="true"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/3"][vc_btn title="Title" style="3d" color="info" align="center" i_icon_fontawesome="fa fa-commenting" link="url:link||target:%20_blank" add_icon="true" button_block="true"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/3"][vc_btn title="Title" style="3d" color="info" align="center" i_icon_fontawesome="fa fa-map" link="url:link||" add_icon="true" button_block="true"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
You claim to have directions for moving from VC to TD – I don’t see anything that will help me convert the above code.
Hello Ryansmccain,
Please notice that our blocks can be sorted by some sort order as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yN2XI8L2SHOn For more information about this case, please try checking the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
OK, let;s try this another way. You cannot use both page builders at the same time and you cannot use elements from one page builder to another. If you want to switch to the tagdiv composer you will have to re-create your existing pages with the new builder that means scratching the old page and creating a brand new one by pressing the add new button and then adding elements to it with the tagdiv composer. Please use this guide to learn how simple it is to use: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
This guide should help with the settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
We cannot creqate the pages for you so you will have to eventually learn how to use the builder.
That is IF you want to switch to the new builder. You can always keep VC if you want. Just do not use both at the same time.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please use this guide to learn how to filter the posts inside a block: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello unemployal,
I have inspected your page and it seems to be a little strange with your block 5 on the sidebar. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Another quick solution for you would be to use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
.td-newsmag-voice .td_module_3 {
height: auto;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/orvC4ipZrQJy
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,

Hello
on my site SnowsBest.com I have set up category blocks as clickable menus.
On snowsbest.com/pyeongchang-2018 you’ll see category blocks in black with white text.
When you hover over each of these the category black goes to a darker grey but I want it to go to a blue that I set.
I have searched in Theme Panel colors but I must be blind because I cannot see where to change this hover color for these blocks.
Help please?
Rachael
I want to change the post blockquote text color away from the general theme accent color.
Nothing happens when i add custom css:
.td-post-content blockquote {
color: #000000;
}
Any ideas?
What I need, exactly, is another drag and drop customisable area below the bottom of the articles and the top of the pagination.
Maybe to add one of the author blocks – not with a shortcode but what I wanted was a customised child theme with a new template with a second TagDiv customised area at the bottom – so I could customise what goes there.
Hi Simion,
Exactly, I have a block of content that I add on every post at the beginning through loop-single-X.php.
I don’t want to show this block of content on posts which are using Smart List.
What I want to do is something like :
if ( !is_smart_list() ) {
// add my block of content
}
I’m looking for the equivalent of !is_smart_list() or something similar to use it as a condition to show or not show this block of content. 🙂
Cheers !
Hi,
I don’t understand exactly what you are trying to do, but the theme does not have any similar options. Posts can be displayed on pages using any of the available blocks, grids etc.
Blocks have ajax pagination, check this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thanks
