Hello,

In order to remove more from author you can use 2 methods:
The css method:

.td_block_related_posts .td-related-right {
display:none;
}

You can add the code in the theme panel-> custom css box.

Or you can edit the theme files: comment out or delete this part: http://screencast.com/t/Okmq7lxTDzGd

Thanks.

Hi,

It could also be the case that the admin ajax request is blocked by the server. Check this topic for more information

Hello majorfuss,

This kind of pagination is similar with block pagination. In your screenshot is talking about the pagination of Related Articles module which has only this type of pagination set it by default. As I said you above, this feature can be changed from Visual Composer, for each block, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PdIZ2mWZ7g Do you are using the TD Composer? You can change this from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v9oWtNWLg5xm
Also, if you are referring only to this section (Related Articles) notice that type of pagination can’t be changed because this is the only pagination type for this module.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

Those are block titles. You can change them from the block settings. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/

Thank you!

Hello,

Please add this css to your movile theme custom code section:

.td-footer-logo{
display:none;
}
.td-footer-description{
display:none;
}
.td-footer-social .block-title{
display:none;
}
.td-mobile-footer-wrap{
padding-top:1px;
padding-bottom: 38px;
}

There is no way to make it narrower unfortunately as there are containers there that hold the height of the footer and it will require code modifications in the php files in order to assign particular classes to these containers so they can be targeted with css. It will involve quite a bit of custom work just to get it a bit narrower.

Thank you!

Hi,

For me the website loads almost instantly, I see no problem like you mention
https://www.screencast.com/t/MqBb1lPbey
https://www.screencast.com/t/e8Rby0s92b
The website is very optimized and it loads very fast. Ajax issues usually come from excessive usage of features that use ajax, like block pagination, ajax block filtering etc. But it does not seem to be the case here.
These are some related topics

They might have blocked your isp for abuse. Try resetting router. Clear your browser cache. Check for virus on your pc.

You can check if its just you…

Good evening … I’m putting text with accentuation inside a raw html and it hangs if I put a word with accents. When installing wordpress I set it to charset = utf-8. In other places the accent goes smoothly, but inside that raw html block does not.

I did all this and actually got WP Rocket support to look into it but nothing on their end. Maybe you could investigate further? The issue is only with Visual Composer now and using the “text block” WYSIWYG.

Hello Febrow,

You should try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.td_block_related_posts .td-module-title a{
pointer-events:none;
}
.td_block_related_posts:hover .td-module-title a{
color:inherit;
}

Thanks.

Hi,

1) Use the code below ->

.td-related-title{
font-size:20px;
}

2)Here is talking about Blocks and not posts. If your page was been made with Visual Composer, you can change the blocks paginations from Block Settings from Visual Composer.

3)Try the code below ->

.td-related-title a{
color:green!important;
}

The result -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9LpV1w0hUK

4)Provide your website URL.

Thanks.

Hi,

1. The ajax filter is available for all the blocks. You can set it in each of the block ajax section
https://www.screencast.com/t/KEz2VVzXkQlk
There are blocks that do not display a featured image thumbnail, that you can use. Like these blocks
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-9/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-10/
The meta information you do not need to display on the modules can be disabled in the theme panel, the category tag as well
https://www.screencast.com/t/Wj1zskzjSTI
https://www.screencast.com/t/XnJUgje9b
Here you can see the available block header styles as well
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-1/

2. Each module has a structure and it displays the information accordingly in the predefined order. This is an example of a module structure
https://www.screencast.com/t/zoupp71E2G0
To display the date next to the category tag everywhere, would require modification to all the modules. Also the styling will probably need modification, for some modules.

We have not tested plugins like the exchange widget you mention. I have not seen it mentioned on the forum. The chances for it to work properly are probably the same as for any other theme. Maybe they can provide a free test version to try it out, before purchasing it.
The theme has a simple exchange widget, not that advanced however
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/exchange-widget/
Placing it above the header would require the widget shortcode to be entered in the header template file directly
https://www.screencast.com/t/sb97pLEjzbX
The date in the Business demo is custom made. It is made of a text with title element
https://www.screencast.com/t/YjCyGTfUmy
And a Raw HTML element with this code
https://www.screencast.com/t/CfjsXOYKBR

Thanks

Hi,

The Latest articles title and also widget titles background color, are affected by this setting in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/saLyjJff
For the comments elements you can try a code like this to modify the background color as you wish (use the colors you want in the code)
https://www.screencast.com/t/byXjiirUC

.comments .block-title {
border-color: blue;
}
.comments .block-title > span {
background-color: blue;
}
.comments input[type=submit] {
background-color: red;
}

Enter the ode in Theme panel->Custom CSS.

Thanks

Hi,

That number represents the number of comments that the post received. When the post receives comments, it will change accordingly. It can be disabled in the theme panel for blocks and modules
https://www.screencast.com/t/m3H8Q0uHqxHQ
It can also be disabled for the post page
https://www.screencast.com/t/XVBknaepx

Time stamp - topic

Hi,
I would like to make a couple of questions for which I didn’t manage to find the respective information in the documentation:

1. I need to make a block with category tabs (AJAX filter by category) but I need to show only the posts’ title and time they were added, not the featured image.
I am attaching 2 images as examples (category-filtered-tabs-example and category-filtered-tabs-example2).
You can see them here:
http://marketpost.gr/docs/category-filtered-tabs-example.png
http://marketpost.gr/docs/category-filtered-tabs-example2.png
Don’t bother about the CSS styling of the examples. I just need to know how to show ONLY the title and the time stamp of the post.

2. About the time stamp… Can I have it next to the posts’s category everywhere, meaning home page posts, category posts, featured posts etc?
I understand that this can be accomplished with some extra PHP code in your template files but… I need it.
I would appreciate it if you could help me with that issue.

Also, I would like to ask the following, third-party, question and I would appreciate it if you could help me with that.
I need to have a ticker widget showing the stock values. I found a nice plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/premium-stock-market-widgets/18686543
I like the ticker that shows at the end of the demo page (http://webthegap.com/products/premium-stock-market-widgets/).
However, I don’t know if it is compatible with the theme. Do have any experience on that plugin? If not, there any other, similar with that, to suggest?
This is the result I would like to have (it is a Greek website, so don’t be scared by the language): http://www.euro2day.gr/ I need the ticker just above the header, as it is showed here.

Thank you in advance for your time.
P.S. I just deleted, by accident, the date from the right of the home page, above the weather widget. I can’t find the date widget in tagDiv Composer. Is there a way to put it back?

Hello majorfuss,

1)Check the Theme panel -> Theme Fonts, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6j4mmsiL and from there you can make this change.
2)If you are referring to this element -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v9oWtNWLg5xm notice that you can turn off it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v9oWtNWLg5xm for each block. If is not what you mean, provide more details or useful screenshots.
3) In order to remove more from an author you can use 2 methods:
The CSS method:

.td_block_related_posts .td-related-right {
display:none;
}

You can add the code in the theme Panel -> custom CSS box.

Or you can edit the theme files: comment out or delete this part: http://screencast.com/t/Okmq7lxTDzGd

4)Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean. Provide more details about it so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thanks.

Hi,

The article title font proprieties can be customized for each module, in the theme panel. Here you can see what modules each block or grid contain
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/
Block 15 uses module mx4, so the article tile font size can be changed here
https://www.screencast.com/t/pomN52xx
Here you can see how block 15 displays in different row layouts
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-15/
Blocks display differently depending on row settings. There is a post limit that you can set for each block
https://www.screencast.com/t/Bq6GWmxrPaer
All the available block settings are mentioned in this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Thanks

Hello,

If you want to remove the author name from specific elements only, you will need to use css for it. The theme settings remove the author from all of the blocks and modules at once, not for specific ones.
For big grid 6, please add this code in the theme panel->custom css box:

.td_block_big_grid_6 .td-big-grid-post .td-post-author-name a, .td_block_big_grid_6 .td-big-grid-post .td-post-author-name span{
display:none;
}

Thank you!

Hi,

The example code I provided will not modify the category font properties. That is happening because you are changing all the links fonts for the block with the custom class
https://www.screencast.com/t/hKJOiyAG6
Remove that part of the code and only the article titles will be affected. At the moment the code you are using will modify all the links for all the elements inside that block.

Thanks
