Only the flex block has a setting for the category tag color, other block do not have such an option at the moment. It could be added later. The category tags in all the other blocks is a default color

I have set the same font family for the post content, a similar character looks like this for me with Verdana font

2. The theme general width cannot be changed, it is predefined. It is not recommended to make any modifications to it, as this will most likely cause layout issues.
All the blocks and grids depend on this fixed width, their design will be damaged if it is modified.

You can only see the code by using the browser inspector. The simpler way is to use font awesome if you do not have coding skills. Please use the guide I provided in my first reply as the icons on the craft ideas do not have any list for them to be used freely. They were added as examples of what can be made with icons in menus but the default implementation was still intended to be font awesome.

When a background image or color is set the website will always be boxed. Unless you set background colors/images/videos when building the pages, either for the row (only rows support video) or elements in the page.
There is a padding top set by the theme, that is the space you are referring to. It is part of the content wrap, you could change the color of the wrap if needed (default is white)

Note there are sections in the theme panel, called Advanced CSS code. There you can enter code to affect certain devices (widths) only.
You have to enter the code you want between the accolades and it will apply to the mobile grid. The code as it is does nothing. You mentioned you want to customize the article titles of the mobile grid, that code will do that. Enter your customization as mentioned between the accolades and then in the custom CSS section.
