Hello @loslunes!

I suggest you to make a test, clear all the cache from your browser and try again.
Please note that some styles of fonts may differ from browser to browser. Maybe the font you use is not compatible with the browser.

Thank you!

I think the Lightspeed is not fully compatible with the Newspaper theme. Page optimization with Lightspeed plugin breaking the site. I am using Lightspeed webs server and Quic.cloud CDN & cache service which need the Lightspeed plugin. Request to make it compatible for Lightspeed. Also the theme has some issues that causes high CPU load while loading a page or post. I searched everything, tweaked the server but nothing solved that. TTFB is high in the page speed console. Some pages consumes 90% CPU while loading a post. I have activated 26 essential plugins only( https://tinyurl.com/2ab22udm ). This actually disappoints me and stopped me to write articles instead searching for speeding solutions.

Yes, indeed I have cleared the cache and emptied the CDN.

Most likely linked to a Theme bug. We are working with Version: 12.5.1

Dear Support,

We have not installed any new Plugin or deactivated functionalities.
Before the Javascript was disabled and it was working properly.

We do use WP-Rocket as a cache plugin combined with Cloudflare and CDN.

When trying to activate the option (after saving it) it goes back to off mode again.
Very strange.

Hello @bluedot!

If you activate the lazy load feature from the theme panel, then the images from the flex blocks will have this effect too when you refresh the page.
Please check if the feature is saved as enabled in your theme panel.

Make sure that the new page is customizable with the TagDiv Composer, check the header template you use from the Website Manager, save, clear all the cache and view the results.

Hello Luke!

It seems to be in a conflict with some admin-ajax features from our theme.
We recommend the Wp Super cache plugin.

Hello!

Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/website-is-very-slow-how-can-be-it-faster/
A cache plugin is not efficient for the page speed without any optimization.

there seems to be a problem with the htaccess. I put them here:

# BEGIN WPSuperCache
# END WPSuperCache

RewriteEngine On

RewriteBase /

Hello!
I have same issues,.. any fix yet?
I did all bellow steps
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

But still getting “Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue”

Im abble to download new “Header templates” but cant edit with “TagDiv Composer”

@bettina but I wasn’t using a caching plugin at the time this error started. I am now using WP Supercache with the recommend settings.

I have had to turn off AMP on the homepage because there seems no solution to the error.

But this problem is now intermittently happening on other pages showing AMP on desktop.

If it is a caching problem – what is the solution?

Hello, before the setting was stretch row and 1200px content. I tried default and some other options, but no change. Page is not cached for logged in users, so changes are visible instantly. Any other ideas?

Bettina

Hello!

Make sure it is not because of this: We have some settings for the rows and different stretch sizes: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A
Press save and view the results in your frontend. Clear all the cache and check again.

Thank you!

Hello!

Yes, Ken. It should work well. Update the theme and plugins to the latest update.

@rickyrt
I’m glad. That issue is from the cache plugin that you use.

Hello!

1. It will save in a folder Newspaper -> Newspaper. But you should have in the theme folder only a folder named Newspaper not 2(folder in folder).

2. Do not keep the archive with its original name and do not keep the theme as a folder with a separate name inside the themes section.

3. You should delete all the cache, so the theme will not be cached. I recommend you to have a caching tool only after you install the theme and everything is alright.

4. Yes, only if you want to make a manual backup.

Thank you!
