Hi @nihar105479, With the last 2 changes I found the best way to resolve all issues with cloudflare was to do a full cache purge in the settings. I then had to do a full purge on the browsers including your mobile devices, sometimes twice.

Another thing I did was under Performance settings I made sure under “Auto Minify (Web optimization)” that JS was de selected. Its better to adjust this through the booster or other plugins mentioned by others.

Remember to fully clear your cache both on server/site as applicable, and also in your web browser, as you will initially find the old style.css loading, and everything will look a mess.

Well, the first one is obviously irrelevant as that’s not the logo for your site, so just delete it. Clear your site cache so it can’t be seen. You obviously installed the demo content, which was then cached and hence why that is still found. If you upload your own logos, then the Newspaper logo shouldn’t show up on your site anymore.

FYI, useful to include the link to your GTMetrix report 🙂

I think the logo is loaded from the header and footer files, or a dependent file loaded by one of those and not in the style.css. So, if you look att the header.php script, then look at the different use cases for the layout option you’re using, you should be able to find the right header element…

e.g.,

If I’m not mistaken width is specified implicitly to hint the page rendering, and then height is set as “auto” via the theme CSS, which is now common practice.

Thanks, I tried that and nothing changed. I also tried uncommenting the author name in the same area, so the author name would show up and nothing changed.

Not sure what’s going on. Everything is cached. Any thoughts?

Yeah, installed Super Cache for a short time and then my PS was 60…. also with your options, so I HAD TO reinstall W3 Cache…. uncool.

WP Cache will add some code like that as well and clouldflare also do some of this for you…if you have too many codes doing the same thing u will not see the effects of any thing..and it can also cause problems…

My super Cache settings as follow…

1.Cache hits to this website for quick access. (Recommended)
2.Use PHP to serve cache files
3. Compress pages so they’re served more quickly to visitors. (Recommended)
4.Make known users anonymous so they’re served supercached static files.
5.Cache rebuild. Serve a supercache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated. (Recommended)
6.Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated.
7.Extra homepage checks. (Very occasionally stops homepage caching) (Recommended)

Expiry Time & Garbage Collection

2.Timer: 90secs

Right now the only plugin you need is “The theme SpeedBooster” and good cache plugin and leave the rest to cloudflare…

Give it 24hrs to take effect..you should go with super cache instead W3 Cache..you need a cache plugin always…but that W3 Cache don’t play nice and it make problems…to many things going on in that plugin that u don’t even used…

Now that I have CF and the Plugin for Query Strings…. is W3 Cache still necessary?

Or can I delete this plugin now?

Or should I deactivate : Async JS and CSS settings?

There’s a point with: Remove “?ver=XXX” part from URLs – Enabled….

but as you can see from my GTMetrix- still complaining about my query strings.

Just checked Y-Slow and it says “add expired headers” – I think I already did this oO Why do I get this message?

I don’t like W3 CACHE plugin.. i’m using “WP Super Cache” which work better and with out all the headaches..

Ok deleted the Remove Query Strings Code from the functions.php

The Button in the plugin W3 Cache Plugin for : Update Media Query String is still grey and not usable…

is this correct?

Now go back in clouldflare and purge ur site so it clean all the old cache..
