Hello,

No, the site not being published should not have anything to do with the logo. Please remove your custom css you added affecting the logo and test the theme in it;s default state without child theme modifications or css modification.
Plugins can also affect the theme functionality so you may have to disable the plugins and run a few tests with out theme. Make sure to clear the cache after you disable the plugins.

Thank you!

Hi,

Try it like this. Remove your Instagram Id and disable the feature in the theme panel. Deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package. Then clear the cache if you have any caching installed on the website. Also check with hosting if there is a server cache and clear that as well.
Then configure the Instagram again and see if the data is refreshed. Trying your Instagram Id on my install it seems to work properly

Hi,

The Speed booster plugins will not work if it detects plugin outside a specific list, defined inside the plugin itself. More information about how you can disable that check in the Speed booster plugin here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
That caching plugin is known to have provided unexpected results for some users, but worked for others. Maybe you have not configured it properly, or activated it.
You can try and keep using that caching plugin and check it’s settings to make it work. Or use the WP Super Cache with this configuration
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hello,
I have tested the product categories element and it runs properly on my end: https://www.screencast.com/t/GoBixMEW0
You may have a custom css or a plugin conflict affecting the css.
Please try to disable all plugins except woocomerce, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then test again.
Also check your custom css in the theme panel or your child theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

This is usually due to the system status parameters not being set properly. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
It could also be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thanks.

Hello azzronulation,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3EDbEsBWAr1. You should remove all of them, leave just the required plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way and use the theme only with default settings and check the results. I have tested on my side, the post template style 6 works as expected.

Thanks for the message!

Hello marcunix,

I have inspected your website and I saw that some posts do not have any such a featured images setup and that’s why you do not bring any images on your homepage in the block. Add your featured images for these posts, clear the caches and check the results. Should work as expected.

Thanks for your understanding!

I disabled the CDN network, cleared the caches. Switched to the old theme, deleted the Newspaper install and re-installed the theme files via FTP. I’ve switched to the theme, re-installed the default theme demo and switched the home page. I am now able to bring up the home page in the composer.

There was an error that came up when I first installed the demo content. That may be related to this error. If I run into this error again. I will post an update.

Hi

I installed Newspaper yesterday and prior to this, my google speed insight score was at 70-80 for mobile and desktop. both have dropped to 40-50. I have installed and activated wp super cache and only the Newspaper plugins are activated. I only have around 300 posts. please explain why this has occurred? my site is medcrunch.net

Hi,

There are multiple causes for slow page speed. Some plugins are in most cases a negative factor in this matter. There are many optimization guides, tips and advice here on the forum that you can try as well.
For me your website is loading properly at the moment
https://www.screencast.com/t/9LFpQqwst
https://www.screencast.com/t/PleAM44b
You can try to test the page loading speed while having only the plugins provided with the theme active (clear the cache after deactivating all others), and see if there is any difference. Here are some guides that you can try
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/

Hello laptinek,

Please keep in mind that the PHP 7.1 have been tested with the latest version of Newsmag. Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version. Otherwise, yo should redownload the theme from TF and update it via FTP way. Clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that until now, we do not have encountered any bad reports regarding on PHP version, sorry!

Hi,

I have tested the force full width feature and it is working properly for me
https://www.screencast.com/t/S5y9wQZSH
All the elements in the header are stretching as intended
https://www.screencast.com/t/26xIXsQxoKu
If you could provide a link to your website so we can see the issue or some useful screenshots and more details, it would be very helpful.
Maybe something is interfering with the functionality, a plugin, custom code or a child theme. You could check if this is the case, by deactivating all the plugins except the ones provided with the theme (clear any installed cache afterwards), switching to the main theme if you have a child theme active. Also check if you have custom code in the theme panel code sections.

Thanks

Hi,

At the moment the mobile theme is not working on your website, also there is a huge number of errors present on the page
https://www.screencast.com/t/2d0vTYJ3UxnL
This most likely is caused by a problematic plugin, or plugin conflict. Try as a test to deactivate all of them except Visual composer and the mobile theme, clear the cache and see if it is working as intended. Also very important is to update all the plugins provided in the theme package along with the theme updates.

Thanks

Hello we have updated the topic and we have established the Demo “Gadgets” but it takes a long time to load the content of the blog.

Charge, charge and continue charging for a good time.

We have the cache function enabled and all the parameters set in your manual.

Could they help us improve our loading speed?

We have dedicated server.

Thank you!!!

Hello mozemile,

This problem can be caused by your untested plugins. I cannot recreate your issue, sorry! Disable all untested plugins, leave just only required plugins to active, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, try to switch to a default theme and check if the results will be the same.

Thanks for the message!

Hello,

The top menu cannot be sticky. It does not share the main menu functionality to scroll with the content.

As for the mobile menu, it is probably a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello jesse_onljne,

Please check our Big Grid 6 here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-6/ and there you will notice that item does not need adjustments to be centered. Unfortunately, I do not know your website so I can take a closer look at it but most likely, this errors comes from your side and not from our theme, sorry! Try to check all the settings, custom implementations if you have something like that, check all the plugins and if you are using some untested plugins, you should removed all of them, leave just only required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello saucemonsters,

I have made some tests on my side with settings the primary category and it seems to work as expected. Ensure that you have right setup the primary category from the post editor, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/atVvlFtmkF Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Hope this helps!
