Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
The shop page was not created in the tagdiv composer but rather in visual composer as there was no tagdiv composer back when we first created the shop page.
You can create your very own shop page and have it look like you want it to by adding woocommerce elements to the page using the woocommerce shortcodes provided by the plugin.
Our shop page has a simple image then a text block with a few lines and a woocommerce shortcode added on a 2/3 layout and a sidebar on the other 1/3 row
It is simple, not very complex to create in the page builder. Please read this guide to learn how to use the page builder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ and read the woocommerce documentation to see the different shortcodes that can be used for pages.
I have tested the add to card option but it works fine on our end: https://www.screencast.com/t/3nIPOOHPr

Hello,
If the sections in your theme panel are not working properly, you should increase your memory allocation like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Surprised the CDN company didn’t have any help on how to get your theme images loaded onto the CDN ? Isn’t there a sync function or something, or plugin, or whatever they give you to able to load all your visible site content “on page” from the CDN ? Theme doesn’t control that, your CDN provider does.
FYI – Given it is the weekend and no support is available I have had to turn off the cdn until I talk with you about getting this resolved. Please message and I can arrange to turn it back on
I have installed a CDN on my site (via WPEngine hosting), all the images within the posts are working fine.
But once I turned on the CND any images that are related to Newspaper theme components are not being shown, from the CDN location or from the standard wordpress content folder. The images that are not showing are part of TD blocks/TD composer pages, related posts area, more from author area, mega menu (newspaper theme components).
If you visit https://www.thedailypositive.com you will see that the first block shows images but the rest do not. Also on a post if you see the related posts section you will see no images, but if you click the link “related articles” the image appear (images from local folder not cdn)
! have purged all the caches several times. Changed themes and back to Newspaper but didn’t help.
Please let me know how I can get the images showing.
Hello AzharNadeem,
I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems with your post and page scrolling. Everything seems to work as expected, without any problem. Try to clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with our sidebar. It seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9YrO64A8KW I inspected the whole website and I did not saw any problems, sorry! Try to clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
I implemented this couple years back, and I think this is noted in my long winded 2 year old optimization thread in the best of tutorials section.
Right now, you’d need to manually edit the style.css, and then unhook the two default google fonts from the big functions file.
Would be nice to have it, as I had suggested long ago — but now it’s been well documented for many folks that Google fonts via CDN don’t impact site too badly, esp in Chrome where they get cached when using the most popular fonts (meaning they don’t get reloaded on your site visit if already there, so no speed impact).
Not sure that helped.
Check my long winded thread, starting from newest to oldest, not oldest to newest post.
That’s what I see when I click on the mobile menu and search icon on my test page. -> https://prnt.sc/gg7uyr
My test website is: http://version2.cepkolik.com/
How can i fix it?
Note: I try below

Hi,
Please check the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-make-this/ and try to implement the last modified date as my explanation.
After each change, you should clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
I have inspected your tagDiv Slide gallery and I did not find any problems with the short thumbnails, sorry! Please remove all of your untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all of your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Did you test your pages with F12 to see if errors?
Google did start some big changes in August, moving stuff around, converting a lot of properties to mobile first (e.g., Google news undergoing transition to mobile first view even on desktop).
There was also update to the Automattic AMP plugin last month if using that, so change might have impacted something.
Also, as I understand it, not all pages get served as AMP versions by default since technically I think there is some usability threshold for it to get cached fully on Google’s edge CDN — but things change so much over there, hard to say.
Since amp ‘forbids’ client side scripting, it may be they are blocking anything being ‘run’ — or it may be that it runs first time, but then when cached on Google’s CDN for edge loading, the element script can’t run, as it’s not actually on the CDN.
There are folks doing stuff with Ajax with AMP for refreshing origin content; which is a bit like expiring the bucket on a CDN to refresh the local copy of content.
Personally, I’m of a mind, that AMP is an interim solution while wifi speed and phones play catchup. For instance, a new iPad PRO is more powerful than a 10 year old PC that HTML5 was built for.
In theory, one could argue that simply building your own print template with lean code, your desired custom elements like forms, or related post, or video, or whatever, could be ‘dressed down’ to lowest form like a print template, serve that for mobile and not even use AMP. Speed would be the same, especially if you’re already using CDN — and having a lightning bolt in SERPS doesn’t mean your page is better than everybody else’s page, just that it’s compatible, and might not even show up in SERPS, with all other things being equal with relevance, site age, content, etc.
Does the user experience suffer with AMP? Then why use it?
Questions for another time and place probably, but after nearly 2 years since the BETA, we’re kind of re-evaluating this for 2018, frankly.
Just more ramblings … 🙂
