I have tested both colors you mentioned on my end but they work as expected. I cannot recreate the issue. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

The Rocked loader feature should be disabled to avoid possible issues. This could interfere with the theme. You could check this guide for more information

Hi
I have serious issues about my site connecting to MAXCDN network.
Chat support says that there are a lot of redirects and so my site cannot integrate with CDN.
“And since CDN only replicate and cache your static assets, CDN will replicate redirect as well”
“Your Origin is not stable and that’s definitely reason why CDN don’t work properly ”
They said I must ask the developer why this is the case.

Hi,
Please disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If you updated visual composer, please revert to the previous version as we have not yet made the implementation for visual composer 5.2
Thanks.

Hi,
Can you help me understand how I am supposed to deal with this issue? The theme has the option to add custom JavaScript but it says to not include these tags “<script></script>”. The issue I am having is that the 3rd party JavaScript that I am supposed to use has an attribute in that very tag. Here is the copy of the code.
<script data-skip-moving=”true”>
(function(w,d,u,b){
s=d.createElement(‘script’);r=(Date.now()/1000|0);s.async=1;s.src=u+’?’+r;
h=d.getElementsByTagName(‘script’)[0];h.parentNode.insertBefore(s,h);
})(window,document,’https://cdn.bitrix24.com/b4627595/crm/site_button/loader_4_p3llqw.js’);
</script>
How am I to deal with this issue?
Hi,
Page speed optimization has to be done by you, this depends of many factors. There are many tutorials here on the forum on this matter, that you can follow. Some examples
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
You can install this caching plugin with the recommended configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
You can use Cloudflare to speed your website
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
There is also this guide to further optimize loading speed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
When testing teh pagespeed, it is better to do it without having google ads and only essential plugins activated. Some plugins can have a negative impact regarding page speed.
Thanks

Hello,
Please disable all other plugins except the tagdiv composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Also if the page you are trying to edit was built with another page builkder (eg visual composer) it can also provide this error. Such pages will have to be recreated from scratch using the tagdiv composer.
Thank you!
Probably issue with your CDN and WP Super Cache setup.
