Hello Team tagDiv,
My social icons are currently displaying unusual letters.
I recently changed CDN settings. Could that be the cause?
I have read a few suggestions but wanted you to point me in the right direction to solve this.
My url is http://alltopstartups.com
Please advice.
Thanks
Hello gundemarasi,
First of all, please check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Most likely, your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot make any changes.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Before using cdn, it wasnt appear but again i do it, purping all the cdn files, it is not appear again.
Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except the tagdiv page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Than test again for the errors mentioned.
Hello valiente123,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the CDN system. In this case, you should try purging all the CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
I’ve tried the following:
1) Disabled all plugins
2) Reinstalled woocommerce
3) flushed cashe
4) purged cdn
5) tried adding regular site categories to shop sidebar (still doesn’t display hierarchy)
6) tried creating brand new page and added default side (still doesn’t display hierarchy for categories)
7) tried creating brand new page and brand new sidebar (still doesn’t display hierarchy for categories)
I have no custom CSS across the site and no custom CSS in plugins. Even creating a brand new page and using default sidebar doesn’t show hierarchy for categories (I tried both regular site categories and woocommerce product categories. When I add categories to the body of the Home page it does display hierarchy.
Hello,
I have tested the product categories element and it runs properly on my end: https://www.screencast.com/t/GoBixMEW0
You may have a custom css or a plugin conflict affecting the css.
Please try to disable all plugins except woocomerce, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Then test again.
Also check your custom css in the theme panel or your child theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is usually due to the system status parameters not being set properly. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
It could also be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thanks.

Our themes were tested and work fine on Firefox, Chrome IE Opera and Safari
Thank you!
I disabled the CDN network, cleared the caches. Switched to the old theme, deleted the Newspaper install and re-installed the theme files via FTP. I’ve switched to the theme, re-installed the default theme demo and switched the home page. I am now able to bring up the home page in the composer.
There was an error that came up when I first installed the demo content. That may be related to this error. If I run into this error again. I will post an update.
This is also being set up on a website that is using a CDN network, if that matters at all.
Hello, how do I know if I use a CDN ? I’m not sure I do.
Thank you
Hello,
The top menu cannot be sticky. It does not share the main menu functionality to scroll with the content.
As for the mobile menu, it is probably a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello saucemonsters,
I have made some tests on my side with settings the primary category and it seems to work as expected. Ensure that you have right setup the primary category from the post editor, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/atVvlFtmkF Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello Mattia,
Please disable all plugins except the page builder and wp super cache, clear all caching and purge cdn files if you use it.
Then test your post counter and see if it increments.
Please also contact your host and ask about any hosting side cache. That will have to be disabled if it’s present.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
After installing the new lifestyle theme the site is not loading properly.
I am especially confused why I have stripe scripts on the frontpage?
What can I do?
These are the messages from inspecting the site on http://www.myanmore.com

Hello flex202,
Most likely, the Newspaper view count in posts stopped working because you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these (Litespeed with LSCache and CloudFlare Pro) and install only the plugins which are tested with the theme, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Notice that the first step in debugging on WordPress is to remove the eventual culprit which cause this problem (untested plugins).
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
It could be a plugin conflict or a memory allocation problem. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Also please follow this guide to properly increase the memory: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hello jewanda,
Do you have updated the theme to the latest version? If not, I recommend you to do this via FTP way, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Then, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello Bob,
Most likely, your page is cached. Try to clear all of this, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if your problem is still there, you should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
Hello FredAstair,
Please read our documentation with more carefully, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VYKmruydo Notice that the Unique Articles has been designed to be used only for static pages and if you are using the load pagination (infinite scroll or load more) you should not activate this feature. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are uisng the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
I have cleared Cache and i dont use CDN .. Even then i problem is not yet rectified .
Hello,
All it takes is a bit of patience. Ass you can see in the top right corner, we had a few days off so we got hung up on too many requests. We always post special announcements or days off in the top right corner: https://www.screencast.com/t/3na0dTdqR
First please disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer, clear cahce and rest cdn files. Then test it again. If the problem is still there then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate the issue.
Thank you!
