Hello,
1. If you click the widget in the “C” you can change it to “F” but you can choose the default one as well from the top menu section of the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/YdhNWUIDLo
I tested this feature on my end but could see no issue.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
2. There is no simple way of adding an image inside the block titles, sorry. You cna add a font awesome icon, but we have not tested an image inside that field:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/icon-on-blocks-title/
Thank you!

Hello samstraka,
I have inspected your page and I did not saw any errors, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/KxTVHf6Qo4 Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!

Hi,
Sorry but here is a side by side comparison between the 2 images mobile and desktop:
http://screencast.com/t/gCLo2Uuuc1ym
It is the exact same image. I cannot see any blurriness between the 2.
If you truly see differences in quality between mobile and desktop, you will have to remove any optimization plugins that you may be using, reduce image compression, and regenerate thumbnails. Then test again.
You can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check images again. There could be a plugin affecting the image quality.
Let us know if you still have trouble with the images.
Thank you!
Thanks Catalin. I cleared my browser caches (on Chrome and Firefox). I also installed the WP Super Cache plugin according to the tagDiv tutorial and cleared the server-side cache. I am not using a CDN right now.
Despite all this, the sub-footer tagline that I have below my footer social icons is still skewed to the right. I am attaching a link here so you can see a close-up screenshot of this: https://www.screencast.com/t/vI3LQ6VdkVd
On the right side, the sub-footer line goes past the YouTube icon, but on the left it is “inside” the Facebook icon.
When I downsize my screen to tablet/iPad and phone sizes, the sub-footer becomes perfectly centered – it’s ok. It is only at the larger screen sizes that it is skewed right. I wonder if there is some padding setting in CSS that is doing this? I have tried modifying the CSS a lot but nothing works. For example, I have tried using code based on the “@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1018px)” commands in CSS, but no luck.
Is there another way I could have you look at it? Give you a user access? I really appreciate your help.
Hello Ladiesabroad,
The default place of this string is just under the Instagram Block, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Qu2AOJ3S9Fdy I have inspected your website and I saw that it is not to the right place. It is strange…please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I need a link where you use this and also where you use our theme. On your site is not our theme active.
If you cannot change to the Newspaper theme your live site, please create a test site, install it check if the issue persist and send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic so we can know who you are and what the issue is.
Also please make sure that it is not a caching issue so clear all your caches and purge you files if you use CDN.
Thanks!
Hello gbhackersonsecurity,
Please try to identify what you changed since you last saw it working properly and revert any changes. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer clear cache and reset CDN files but even so, WhatsApp sometimes is able to grab the image and sometimes not. I ran a quick test in sharing an article from our demo but no image was grabbed so it could be an app issue.
Unfortunately, the WhatsApp image provided mixed results in our tests as well. All the proper markup is there but it seems the networks simply does not grab the image. We will implement a fix for this if we find one.But for the moment there is no solution.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Hello nakosar,
I have tested the method above and the sub footer tests seems to work as properly and it is just center aligned for each devices, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/6VxZ0HKY3 Try again this method, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and see the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello pedroreis,
I have tested on my side with the latest version of the theme and the search page seems to work as properly, without any problems. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch only with required plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. All of them should have to be done via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard.
Thanks for the message!
Hello nettracking,
Please try to delete the plugin and re-install it via FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ The plugin is fully tested with the theme and until now we do not have encountered any problems in this regard. Try to re-install the plugin from scratch, remove the old version and check the results. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello MattMassaro,
I have inspected your website and your header ad is still there, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/H5EWvehSKl1a Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hi, I do not use CDN. http://naszosie.pl – I will turn on super cache.
Hello mrozo,
Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look.
Thanks for the message!
Use a CDN, probably cloudflare which is free
Leverage browser caching
Server simple 404 error page why because 404 error pages too have javascripts and css included so serving a simple plain page is better
I searched the documentation and google, but couldn’t find any info on “Next Article.” I’m using Style 7 for posts, and want to get rid of the “Next Article” (and “Previous Article” not shown) which are under the share block. Here’s a picture:

You may need to clear/refresh cloudflare or any CDN after major update to WordPress such as this latest version. Otherwise you may be loading a mix of old stuff and new stuff which won’t ever work right.
Hi there.
1. I’ve completed all actions instructed, except for CDN files and jetpack image features, since I’m using none. Cache is cleared, some custom logo for the header removed and all other plugins deactivated and only Visual Composer remains active. PROBLEM PERSISTS. Please notice that the image in my WordPress Media section appears to be alright; it’s when displaying it in the front end that it gets blurry. Please help.
2. You’ve got this one all wrong. I’m not trying to make my site look as Wedding demo after installing the Politics demo; that would be dumb. I’m just asking for some code to display the thin grey bottom line under the top bar that you show as a feature in your Header Style 10 documentation (see here https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/). That’s all… You show the bottom border as a feature of the Header Style 10 in the documentation, so I want it there, it’s not that difficult.
Thanks again,
Fidel
Hi,
Unfortunately i can’t say for sure why this happens. We didn’t do extensive tests with Google News yet, but we have it on our list
Google guideline for images can be found here – https://support.google.com/news/publisher/answer/13369
If everything is right then the issue must come from the way google interacts with the images delivered by CDN.
Use the browser inspector to check the page source, look for the og:image property to see if it changes once the CDN is active. You can also make some tests with cloudflare, see if it behaves the same.
Thank you!

Hello fderooy,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Also, remove any custom code you may have added to the logo. You will have to check any image customization and compression to see if image quality is not affected by it. Also, remove any image features of jetpack such as the photon. Try to bring the theme as close to default as possible because our theme does not make images blurry or increase their size. There is something on your end affecting the logo and you need to identify what it is.
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using Politics demo and you want to have the style use in Wedding demo, right? please notice that each demo has own style created by our web designer and it is not a simple task to replicate the similar style for another demo, sorry! This task involves custom work and we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello johnieg,
Please ensure that you have disabled the Mobile Theme plugin, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Please keep in mind that the theme should have been switched to the general responsive mobile version.
Thanks for your understanding!
