Hi,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have first to start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi,

Those are the resolution for each device -> https://i.imgur.com/icMGBnC.png
So, if you want to edit them, you can do it in this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/css/td_legacy_main.css
But you do not need to edit the file; you need to copy the code, edit it as you need, and set it to the Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom Css -> https://i.imgur.com/wYQ4ZrH.png or you can set it in the child theme in css file.

Error on tagDiv Composer - reply

Hi,
Please do a few tests. Please check if this problem still appears if you are using only the theme plugins.
Another suggestion is to disable and delete all tagDiv plugins and reinstall them from Newsmag > plugins, also if you have a child theme, please set the main theme.

Hi I’m using all these:

I just got the tablet one to work but the problem is anything under 768px goes to the ‘phone’one. Is there a way to customize that more so that I can have an image for something like 425px – 768px? I know there’s ways with CSS & HTML but do you know where I access those templates and how to add the code to a child theme? Thanks

Hello,

This can be hidden only using a custom code css.
.tds_menu_login .tdw-wml-menu-list li:nth-child(3), .tds_my_account .tds-san-item-wrap:nth-child(2), .tds_my_account .tds-san-item-wrap:nth-child(3)
{
display: none;
}

Set the code in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom Css.

I’ve used these instructions — https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
but it’s not working for tablet + I’d like to customize it for other breakpoints. Is there a way to do that?

Or is there another option by adding a template to a child theme? If so, which template would I use and how would I add that to a child theme?

Hi again, I deactivated all plugins except TagDiv Composer and Cloud, cleared cache, and still had the issue. I repeated the first step you sent about the Composer plugin and still have the display issue. I’m not using a child theme.

Unfortunately, the screenshot you provided is no longer available.
Normally, the above problem should be resolved, I made some tests and for me, everything seems to be ok.
Do you have the last theme version? Also, if you are using a child theme, please check it with the main theme.

Hello,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hello,

is it possible to set custom Ad code / AdSense code for a background Ad?
The documentation only describes how to set a static picture with URL but I need the left and right side for custom Ads.
If it is not possible at the moment is such a feature planned? And if not, where would I need to make changes to the template (e.g. child theme?).

Hi there,

I’ve got a client using the Newspaper theme at chicagoskooled.com, and they notified me that their site’s header and footer navigation menus had disappeared. I verified that this was the case and then switched the theme from the Newspaper child theme to the main Newspaper theme as a first step in fixing things. I updated the Newspaper theme and the site’s plugins, and then disabled the site plugins after finding the problem still persisted. At this point, I think I have a plugin-less site with the latest Newspaper theme, but I cannot get the menus to display. In my Dashboard > Appearance > Menus page I have 2 menus, a primary and a footer menu. The Primary menu is set to display in the “Header Menu” Display location, and the Footer menu is set to display in the Footer menu display location. I see that there is markup for a mobile nav that does include the menu, but it seems to be hidden (look for ul#mobile-menu), and there doesn’t seem to be any html markup at all for the footer nav. Can you help me get these menus to show?
