Hi,
Please go to Newspaper > plugins and see if the previous theme plugins if you used are enabled, normally should be tagDiv Composer, tagdiv Cloud Library and if the situation persists, tagDiv Standard Pack. If there are only shortcuts, activate the tagDiv Optin builder too.
Thank you!

Hi,

The articles can be done normally using the WordPress editor https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-a-new-post-in-wordpress-and-utilize-all-the-features/
To edit the pages and cloud templates, you’ll need to use the theme builder, tagDiv Composer

Also, you can check our video tutorials from here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg&list=PL6CsDkMaejhoHETIWoxnRB4zefz8L8PYg

Thank you!

Hi,

Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme Newspaper v12.7.1. After that, check the browser console when publishing a post to identify which request is causing the delay.

If you’ve already tested with only the tagDiv plugins active and the issue persists, I recommend replacing your current tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library plugins with the versions below:
https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/td-composer.zip
https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/td-cloud-libraryfix.zip

Thank you!

Hi Calin,

Thank you for your advice, I’ve read it already a couple of times.
I have one question: I am not using td-cloud-plugin and my error message says “Newsmag” and not “td-cloud…” as with other people who reported here.

PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the Newsmag domain was triggered too early.

Is td-cloud a part of Newsmag? In other words, I understand that you advise me to install td-cloud-library to solve Newsmag problem. Correct?

Thank you!

It was exactly the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin that somehow deactivated itself. This was the fix, thank you!

Hi,
Please check if you are logged in and see if a shortcode is displayed in the header zone. If so, then a theme plugin is not installed or activated. The first one that is in my mind is the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin. The theme plugins can be installed from Newspaper > plugins.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
The PRO demos do not use the theme panel settings, use the settings form cloud templates. In your situation, what can be done is to edit the single post template using tagDiv Composer, select the featured image and check the image size – https://i.imgur.com/kc6Me46.jpeghttps://i.imgur.com/JkcRlPo.jpeghttps://i.imgur.com/i4KX7nK.jpeg

Hi,
The tdb_templates are for cloud templates, as long as you are using the tagDiv Cloud Library, the cloud templates will use the tdb_templates, but you can use the SEO plugin to make sure those are not indexed.
The tag is not part of the theme is part of WordPress and it is generated by wordpress. When you use tags, like this https://www.******.net/tag/trafik-sigortasi-ankara/ the tag added to the article is “trafik sigortasi ankara”
Thank you!

Hi John,

your problem has a solution already, as Calin wrote in some other posts. Just install the newest version of plugin from https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/td-cloud-library.zip

PS. I am not an expert, I just reposted the advice from Calin.

Regards,
Milan

I am also facing a similar issue, I get the below message

The same issue happened for me as well, I had to reinstall the supporting plug-ins coming with the theme, like tagdiv cloud library, tagdiv editor etc., then it was working. But still I am facing issue to add new page or edit existing page, it leads to a blank page.

Hi I have deleted an old site with a licensed copy of Newspaper. Then I created a new site (new domain) and installed the theme again. I have two problems.

1. How can I transfer my license?
2. tagDiv Cloud Library plugin will not activate.

Hi,

There isn’t unfortunately. There is no relation between our composer and elementor. You must either build the page with elementor or with the composer. Our composer is old if we refer to when it was released, so is elementor. We introduced it in Newspaper 8, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t improved it a lot. Please check the theme demos and the cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All Everything you see there is built with the composer. It’s quite a capable builder. You could consider building the page with it if you want to use blocks and grids from the theme. Let us know if you need help with it.

Thank you!

Hello Tagdiv,

I’m currently running PHP 7.4.33 because updating to a newer version results in a critical error. My web host identified the issue as being related to two Tagdiv plugins — I believe Tagdiv Cloud Library and Tagdiv Composer.

Could you advise on how I can resolve this so I can safely update PHP? I got an error log, if that helps

Hi,

Please make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and also what you can do is to go to Newspaper > plugins and make sure you have installed tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, and tagDiv Opt-in builder, after that try to reinstall the pre-built website.

Thank you!

HELP - reply

Hi,
If you see only code, is because a demo from the theme has been installed and one of the theme plugins (tagDiv Composer, tagdiv Cloud Library) are disabled now.
The pages and cloud template scan be edited using tagDiv Composer, which is the theme builder and can be used to edit/create pages and templates (not articles)

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

What you did was not saving the cloud header instead, you saved a section from the header as an element in the TagDiv Composer. You can access this from the TagDiv elements panel; it should appear after the last elements in the Composer (in the left sidebar).

If you want to have more cloud headers, you can import them from the Cloud Library or duplicate an existing cloud header. These will then be displayed in the header manager. Also, you can set a global header to apply across all pages and templates on your website, and only change it if you need a different header for a specific page.

https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Thank you!
