thank you for yr reply but we can not use even for the footer – due to the fact we haven’t used a footer template from cloud library, we used a footer templates style 2 – so when we want to apply the modal button :
“this type of footer is not editable with tagDiv Composer”
Hi,
Yes, you can disable them or you can use only mobile theme.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Hello,
Please disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins. I don’t recommend to using amp, because it is deprecated -> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
In order to disable the option “Exit mobile version”, you need to disable this setting: https://i.imgur.com/LxpDtB2.png

I had the same issue as well.
I fixed it by swapping out (and back in) my cloud library header template via the Newspaper Theme Panel Header section and hit save and it fixed it.
Try that and see if it works for you. IIRC simply saving in the Theme panel area fixes most of these little bugs after an update.
This is happening on one of my websites https://centreline.com.pk that the site times out and if I just disable td-cloud-library plugin, site comes up instantly. Weird this is that if i enable the plugin again from file manager, it works fine until next time out occurrence. All memory related limits are as per the recommendation.
Moreover, I am unable identify the root cause from the logs as nothing is being logged when this happens.

Hello!
Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If you mean the default blog page, then you can add a new page and edit it with the TagDiv Composer(there is a blue button in Gutenberg).
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

I would like to return the license I got for Newsmag and buy a Newspaper license, or can I pay the difference and switch products?
I think Newspaper is quite better for my needs (iCloud Library)
Hello!
Please check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
But a few days ago, I notices that I have 2 H1 hags, both for the logo image.
Each one rendered by different code.
I saw that many people have complained about this, without it being resolved.
This file may contain the location of that:
td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php
The function render() is called twice and I believe that inserts the two lines below into the HOME page.
I did have a standard logo and a retina logo, but I removed the retine logo because I thought that might be the cause of this, but removing it didn’t help.
One is probably display:none; in the CSS
Isn’t there a better way to do this than to have two complete H1s in the page ?
Some software may see the CSS, but some is not that smart.
For example, RankMath thinks there are 2x H1 tags
I think Google ignores one of them.
But I saw that some people using Newspaper theme had up to 6 H1 tags.
In the rendered page, here are the two lines:
Line 456
<style>.tdb_header_logo{margin-bottom:0;clear:none}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-a,.tdb_header_logo h1{display:flex;pointer-events:auto;align-items:flex-start}.tdb_header_logo h1{margin:0;line-height:0}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-img-wrap img{display:block}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-svg-wrap+.tdb-logo-img-wrap{display:none}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-svg-wrap svg{width:50px;display:block;transition:fill .3s ease}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-wrap{display:flex}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-title,.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-tagline{-webkit-transition:all 0.2s ease;transition:all 0.2s ease}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-title{background-size:cover;background-position:center center;font-size:75px;font-family:serif;line-height:1.1;color:#222;white-space:nowrap}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-tagline{margin-top:2px;font-size:12px;font-family:serif;letter-spacing:1.8px;line-height:1;color:#767676}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-icon{position:relative;font-size:46px;color:#000}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-icon-svg{line-height:0}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-icon-svg svg{width:46px;height:auto}.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-icon-svg svg,.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-icon-svg svg *{fill:#000}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-a,.tdi_10 h1{align-items:flex-start;justify-content:center}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-svg-wrap{display:block}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-svg-wrap+.tdb-logo-img-wrap{display:none}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-img-wrap{display:block}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-text-tagline{margin-top:2px;margin-left:0;display:none}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-text-title{display:none}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-text-wrap{flex-direction:column;align-items:flex-start}.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-icon{top:0px;display:block}@media (max-width:767px){.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-title{font-size:36px}}@media (max-width:767px){.tdb_header_logo .tdb-logo-text-tagline{font-size:11px}}@media (max-width:767px){.tdi_10 .tdb-logo-img{max-width:160px}}</style><div class=”tdb-block-inner td-fix-index”><h1><span class=”tdb-logo-img-wrap”>

Hi Calin, thank you for your reply.
Sadly I think I use the cloud header, which is better for the performance than the tagDiv Sandard Pack, can you confirm ?

Since 2018, have you developed a feature to exclude the 3rd category level in the mega menu? I imagine this must be a regular request from your customers. Edited content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_mega_menu.php after each theme update can’t be an option
Best,

Plugin The Evenst Calendar is deactivated, no, it’s not due to that.
Please check here, now with plugin disabled:

My assumption is, in Cloud Templates for Single post, Category, Archive, and for most others, I have set some templates (Magazine PRO), except for Page template I don’t have any defined for.
“Page templates
No cloud templates. Please import one or more templates from Cloud Library.”
But, of course, I don’t know, nor do I think I can add it since I mentioned above that I have that error on #1.
Is there a manual way to create a Page template somewhere else on working system (old setup without Cloudflare) and manually import it into the database?
Is there any way to solve issue with error #1?
Thank you.
Hello,
Yes, the theme has table content, but this is available only if you use a Single Post Template from tagdiv Cloud Library -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/
Thank you!
Hello,
This is not a mobile page; it is tagdiv mobile theme plugin, so please disable it.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello,
You can stretch the row like this -> https://i.imgur.com/QXIt4Gy.jpg or set the content width here -> https://i.imgur.com/oByDL6f.jpg.
To make the changes, you need to edit the Single Post Template with tagdiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello,
You can import this template for category https://cloud.tagdiv.com/category/destinations/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/ to have the background image full size.
Thank you!
Hi,
The new path top that file is – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_block_mega_menu.php but this will work only for a standard header, if is a cloud header the path is a different one wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_mega_menu.php unfortunately this file can not be set in a child theme, it will be need to be edited after each theme update or it will be need to make a plugin with a similar shortcode in tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can not change the color from the database. Check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
You can change that color in the tagdiv composer: https://app.screencast.com/Zeot2ydVHgKZg
Edit your article with the TagDiv Composer; click on that element, and you can see those settings.
Also, you can global colors -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/

Hello,
When you have shortcodes on the pages and template, you need to check if you have the tagdiv plugins activated, like Composer, Cloud Library, Standard Pack and so on.
Thank you!
Hello @Chris269!
You should change the color for every element for this demo: https://app.screencast.com/Re7TE33dV8GIC
You can install a blank single post template from the Cloud Library: https://app.screencast.com/0PlOIgx198LtE edit it and paste this code in Gutenberg: https://www.transfernow.net/dl/20240301IFF1tLvj/aSsSfFZR
The easiest part is to change the color on the entire website.
Thank you!
