There has been a critical error on this website.
Hi,
Can you please provide some examples?
It is possible to be something related to the locker https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/ or maybe the single post template https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/ no longer has the content element.
Hello,
You can set the description for each taxonomy, and after that, you can add it to the taxonomy template or use a custom field.
Edit the template with the Tagdiv Composer and add the element called “Taxonomy Description” in order to display the specialization description.
Edit them from Cloud Templates -> CPT/Taxonomies.
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
Thanks for adding it to the list, very much appreciated. It is an important tweak, as it would allow users to enjoy the full capabilities of Cloud Templates without impacting the author experience.
Looking forward to seeing a fix in future releases.
I’ve recently started editing my WordPress website using the Newspaper theme, and so far everything seems to be working smoothly. However, I noticed that in the ‘System Status’ section of the theme panel, the caching plugin status is marked in yellow. It also recommends using WP Super Cache.
Since I’m hosted on Cloudways, I have Breeze and Object Cache Pro available, and both are currently active on my site. Could you kindly clarify why the system status shows a yellow color status, even though these plugins for caching and are in use? Is this expected behavior, or is there a recommended solution for this setup?
Hi Calin,
Is there any way to improve this in a future update? I think the styles defined by an author should override what’s configured in the cloud template.
Alternatively, what would you recommend as a workaround? For example, if I want posts in a certain category to have post content font size 17 and block quote font size 18, how would I be able to configure that and still allow authors to apply their own stylings within a post?
Hello,
I understand your concern. Currently, the settings work as follows:
When fonts are left at their default (i.e., not explicitly set), the text will display using the styles defined by the author and the theme’s default settings. However, if fonts are specified in the cloud template, those font settings will override the defaults and apply to the content assuming they are the ones you intend to use.
Hi Calin,
This does work, but isn’t ideal and introduces other limitations. I want to be able to change the post content font size, as well as headers and block quotes, using the cloud template.
If I’m forced not to set font settings in the cloud template, how else can I customise the style of posts?
Ideally, we should be able to use both. The cloud template to style posts across the site, and the user settings for individual changes.
Hi Sangar,
Please edit your cloud category template with tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/RyWhHlH.png and if you are using flex blocks make sure that in tab filter you are using the current category filter https://i.imgur.com/flBu7Gm.png , or you can use the post loop filter, this will automatically display the correct articles for each category.
Hi,
If you are using a single post template then the inline ads should be set using tagDiv Composer on the cloud template as in this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Hi,
Yes, this can be done using cloud template sand tagDiv Composer. You need to use a flex block in sidebar and use the special filters – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ – https://i.imgur.com/elBLXrl.png – https://i.imgur.com/6JSFNax.png each filter should be set on respective cloud template (single filter on single post template, category, on category cloud template …)
Thank you!
Hi team,
I have various cloud templates where the Single Post Content has font size for Post Content manually defined.
Unfortunately, setting this option then overrides WordPress Typography settings. If an author writing a post chooses the preset S, M, L or XL options in the post creator, the setting is not applied; font size remains as what is set in the cloud template.
However, if the author chooses to set a custom font size, this does work.
I believe this to be a bug, if the author selects one of the WordPress preset font sizes, that should take precedence over the cloud template.
https://imgur.com/a/PiFUdV7 – in this example, the second paragraph is configured by the author as size small. It shows correctly in the post creator, but will render incorrectly when published due to the cloud template. While every other paragraph should adhere to the cloud template, this paragraph must retain the author preference.
In other words, typography presets should override the cloud template, not the other way around.
Can this be fixed?
Thanks!
Hi,
That means there’s something wrong. Our theme performs great with decent hosting and good caching and optimization, cloudflare as well if possible. We will take a look at, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login.
Thanks.
Hello, I just installed Yoast SEO Premium, and I see that no schema is passing through nor breadcrumbs list.
In the Theme Panel the “enable article schema” is disabled, and in Yoast SEO I use the default article for all posts.
The URL of my post is https://horrormovies.gr/movies/final-destination-bloodlines-2025-review/.
I disabled all plugins also except the tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, and Yoast SEO. Nothing changed.
Hi,
Unfortunately there is no convertor tool, but what can be done is to import from the cloud templates a page, section and templates that are similar with the old one you have (if you want the same layout), those can be edited on frontend using tgDiv Composer.
Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue when trying to modify an article template that’s in the cloud library. Every time I attempt to edit it using the TD Composer, I’m redirected to a 404 error page.
Could you please assist me with resolving this?
Hi,
You need to assign that footer cloud template as global, this can be done from more places, for example you can do this from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/8ZOd1On.png or from cloud templates – https://i.imgur.com/GQAWjdA.png also, make sure that the footer is not set only as individual on that page or cloud template.
The footer image can be edited using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/Bept9jG.png select the footer row and check the css tab from there you can remove or replace the image – https://i.imgur.com/dXwS33R.png
I hope this will help you!
Hello, if I import a prebuilt footer template from the Cloud Library, how do I make it show up on all pages and not just the homepage? I did try to import a prebuilt footer but it only shows up on the homepage, no other pages. I did check the website manager, and I made sure it shows the new prebuilt footer I imported , also checked Theme Panel to make sure the new footer is in the dropdown, but still only shows up on the homepage. This new prebuilt is a black footer, and there is a picture or background image of trucks, I want to delete that background picture, how do I do that? I have been looking all over, and I even asked Ai but they have me looking for links in your sidebar that are not even there. LOL. I do appreciate all of your help. Thank you.
Hi,
I am looking for a header template which is more accessible than the one we are using right now (default pro). Important features would be focus on tab and dropdowns that can be opened via keyboard. Can you recommend one or more cloud templates or is there a way to make the default one more accessible? Thank!
Hi,
Indeed there is a tabbed element in our theme that is working for pages, usually this is used when you want to display different blocks and content.
Unfortunately for what you need our theme do not have right now an element, but there is in the cloud a pre-build code that can be used (using html, css and js) – https://i.imgur.com/gM6njnF.png the section is FAQ Home Section – Coaching PRO -> https://i.imgur.com/Ljbckcl.png – https://i.imgur.com/Y5ZVVPn.png
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi TeamBDT, the pre-build website News Week pro needs the tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Opt-in Builder https://i.imgur.com/8A4BDDT.jpeg
Hi crashcult, please check the answer from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-footer-colors-font-colors-and-sizes/ the theme panel settings are not for the demo you have, hat one should be edited using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi Daniel,
What you can do is to edit the cloud header and select the mobile view port, then select the mobile menu zone and check the option “Don’t load on desktop” – https://i.imgur.com/aS0RfTD.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
The demo you have was builder using tagDiv Composer and cloud templates, therefore everything can be edited using the theme builder on frontend. The theme panel settings are normally added by tagDiv standard pack, please check if this plugin is installed if you have it, please disable, this brings old templates that are not editable on frontend with the builder.

Hello. Today my site’s css got resetted, all settings in theme panel gone. I used a lot of Cloud Templates and no longer have a support license, also can’t use tagdiv composer on articles (posts), but can use on sites. It is because my support license expired?
