Hello – How do I change the hyperlink and clicked hyperlink color? I imported a footer from the cloud library which is black. I am using hyperlinks in the footer. The hyperlinks and clicked hyperlinks do not show in the black footer.

Looks like my all projects is stuck because of that header menu.
I take a good look at Cloud Templates and sadly i was not able to find a menu that is able to have like 30 chars long name. I also need a sub sub menu. No pictures menu. No nothing.
I need something like the one in the previous picture. Are you able to tell me how i am able to get it because at this moment i do not see a way to have it.
And i do not want to think at asking a refund.

I am trying so to add a new cloud template header so I work on that and when I am happy I switch in the them panel.

You can set up an single post cloud template from the Cloud Library and let only the modified date element.

Please note that we do not recommend using 2 page builders on the same page. Also by working with WP bakery on cloud templates may cause issues and conflicts.
Also using wp-bakery on tagdiv built templates will cause issues. We recommend using tagDiv Composer.

This can be achieve only with custom css, but you can use the tagDiv Cloud Library and the header manager to build/edit cloud headers how you want.
Here is the custom css:

You’ll need to set it Theme panel> Custom code> Custom css

Hello, I’m experiencing an error in the TagDiv Editor when making changes to the mobile menu in Cloud Templates. When selecting and changing the settings of the Mobile Menu element inside the TagDiv Editor, clicking save returns a success message. However, attempting to navigate away from the page after a “successful” save returns a warning message stating that not everything has been saved and changes may be lost.
I was able to confirm this warning was accurate in that changes to the mobile menu element and the WP menu it draws from were not saved in the process. Can you help me resolve this? Thank you.

Hello, while editing Cloud Templates in the theme I’m experiencing web browser notifications that tell me the TagDiv Editor is only partially secure. The experience begins in a fully-secure environment, but when editing menu items the encryption drops off. Can you help resolve this?
I’m running the following:

No 3rd party plugins
When I check the Cloud library inside WP I see 40 Headers, but when I check https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers I see 54. How come there is a big difference? There is a template I would like to use, but can’t use as its not in my WP Library.

Hello, when I click on cloud template, and the ‘add new’ button,
I get the error message: “Invalid reply from server endpoint”.
The system status is all green lighted so I’m not sure what’s going on.

You can go into Cloud Library and edit a Blank template and edit it using the tagDiv Composer. Also you can edit any template, simply delete the elements in the template and add new elements.

Yes, you can import the templates and pages ( footer/home page) from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit them; there are only a few demos that cannot be found in tagDiv Cloud Library.

Mysql process list shows this query
“SELECT post_id, meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_postmeta WHERE post_id IN (38010) ORDER BY meta_id ASC”
The ID 38010 is the ID of a single post template in Cloud Template.
There are like 50 of the sql connections showing the same query. Which slowdown my website critically.

thank you for you fast reply. Importing the demo settings only means to import the settings from theme panel, right? But I have to create pages like Home oder footer template or all of the cloud templates by myself and start from scratch, right?
Im wondering if its possible to import all of the demo content and replace / change stuff like posts, pages etc. Is there a “switch” to prevent me (or my cat) to click the uninstall demo button or install another demo (and loose the demo content)?
