Hi,
I made a 404 page with tadgiv composer, i’m looking for a easy way to assign it. I’m in template settings – 404 template, but I don’t find my page, I only can choose a template from cloud.
Thank you
Best regards
Hi,
Is the blog template Tagdiv uses available (or a similar one as a cloud template)? https://tagdiv.com/google-analytics-guide-101-how-to-track-the-traffic-on-wordpress-websites/
I love the minimalist design and would like to apply some of the elements on my own website. 🙂
Hey guys, I used the tagdiv builder to edit a template i liked, removed some things, changed some and added others and now i got a look that i like in the frontpage. But when i go to categories i get a totally different header, i know how to change the layout of the articles etc but i can’t seem to change the header? How do i do that.
Frontpage: http://www.rekomandime.com
Categories: http://www.rekomandime.com/category/dhurata/
p.s extra question: Is it bad that i linked categories to the menu urls? Like when you click on one of the menus it sends you to that category. Thanks!
edit: wow figured it out the moment i posted. I had a different header selected in theme panel > header > Cloud library template. I don’t know why that was but for some reason it was 2 different headers. It’s solved now!
Follow up question, i am not allowed to edit the categories template with the Edit Template function on the page. It gives me the following answer: “Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable.”
i did the necessary steps to install cloudflare but now when i scan it on gtm it doesnt show any results but instead return this error. ” Analysis Error
The page returned an error: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
GTmetrix tried to access the page, but your server says the page is temporarily unavailable.
Please see our FAQ on how to fix this error.”
Hi,
I’ve installed the Construction demo and would like to use the same header template for new pages. However, I can’t see how to edit the existing header or apply it to new pages. It’s not listed under templates in the header manager or in the Cloud templates library. The closest I’ve found is ‘Header Template 25 – Overlay’, but it’s not quite the same. Shouldn’t the demo header template have downloaded with the demo or do I need to recreate it myself?
Many thanks!
I created a single post template for my site. When I had 1k concurrent user on my site. The Database connection hits the roof. Slow down my entire site and eventually crashed.
After I switch the default single post template to the original, everything backs to normal.
You seriously have to fix cloud template
Hi Vlad, could you be so kind and provide step by step instruction how to implement cloud tamplate for audio post (based on soundloud)? I’ve read an doc, but it explain nothing.
Hello !
The changes can be done by going either into Theme Panel – Footer , or you can create your custom one from the Cloud Library. Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Thank you !
Hello,
You can use single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit theme using the tagDiv Composer and set the Related articles shortcode where you want -> http://prntscr.com/pephic
Thank you!
Hello,
If you want to set the login on pages, all you need to do is to edit these pages with tagDiv Composer and set the shortcode where you want -> http://prntscr.com/pepfo9 ( als make sure that you gave taDiv Cloud Library activate).
Thank you!
Hello,
All the elements from single post template are set in -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single if your code is for sharing then maybe you can set it in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_post_share.php
Thank you!
Hello !
The single post php file is for the default single posts.
You can code the cloud library templates but those will require serious coding skills. If you really want to add that code I would suggest to either hire a freelancer or you can contact our developers team in order to provide the custom work over a fee: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
Thank you !
Hello,
So after you install the demo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ ( make sure that you check our documentation for this ).
All the pages and templates can be edit using the tagDiv Composer, we recommend to make your own posts and pages, because if you edit these that comes with the theme and you’ll uninstall/change the demo, you’ll lose all your work .
Also you can use the header manager and you can get templates from tagDiv Cloud Library.
Homepage – How to build and set it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Thank you!
Hello !
As you can see here: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/zukus.net/30NYQhmp You can go into the ySlow tab and see what can be done. We would recommend using a CloudFlare and the most importat would be to minimize the redirects from external links. That would be your videos from what I could tell.
Thank you !
Hello,
So in order to create a mega menu you can use the default theme headers, but if you want to style the mega menu then you need to use a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it using the header manager.
Thank you!
My default post template is a single post template imported from the cloud library. I’d like to add a piece of php code to the post template.
In other themes I’ve used before, I normally add my shortcode change ot single.php file. I’m not sure which file to edit in the newspaper theme.
The single post and LOOP files in “wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\parts” seems to be for the existing 13 templates, none of them are the one I’m using.
I tried with no avail adding from control panel -> appearance -> theme editor -> loop-single.php
My ultimate goal is to add this piece of code “<?php xh_social_share(); ?>” under my post title.
Which file am I supposed to edit?
Thank you for your help.
Hello, I am modifying the “Journal” demo. But I have two problems.
1) The post uses a Single Cloud Template of “Journal”. In the tagDiv Composer, the sidebar (profile, recent posts, etc.) can be seen, but not on the actual page. I don’t know why at all. (for example : http://keepmind.net/alexs-10-minute-salmon-sandwich/)
2) In a Category Cloud Template of “Journal”, I can’t change the appearance of the post list. I want to modify the list like http://keepmind.net/ (main page). How can i change them?
I’m new to WordPress so I hope you can explain it as easily as possible. Thanks 🙂
Hi,
I now have google hitting me 50k /day on this type of urls
“https://www.welovetennis.fr/us-open/https :/www.welovetennis.fr/atp/atp-zhuhai”
Would be nice if had a look at the source of the page
https://www.welovetennis.fr/us-open/
and tell me if this does come from your theme or is it I should look elswere
To me it looks like I didn’t pick the right choice for the header (I based myself on cloud template model 3) and I would be better off using the “builtin” headers
I’m considering switching to Style 5
would that take all this json/js out of the way ?
to me it seems i’ll stay with the problem
the problem is to have href= or src= anywhere in the page (even in js comments it gets picked up) as the crawler scan the text without analyzing it’s structure to hunt for url.
Same happens with anything having //some.form/of/url
Now I have google crawling like crazy 100k pages / day on things we don’t want… getting really hard on the server… and we’ve got better things to ask google crawler to look for…
I have no issue giving you an access if that could help. But perhaps first if you could confirm that it’s the theme and no other plugin would be helpful.
Thanks
suggestions
“brake” anything like src= href= into ‘hr’ + ‘ef’ + ‘=’
or use a global var $hf=’href=’ $sc=’src=’ $ht=’http://’
or easy just all encode base64…
this can limit the problem at low cost (and won’t solve it completely) is the <![CDATA[

Hi TagDiv,
GoalPoint.pt here, using Newspaper theme since 2014.
We are stuck on an issue that we need your help with. By the look of it, via the forums, it’s a problem shared by other users but we could not find specific info on how to solve it other than your availability to investigate it further.
Issue:
1. We have 2 newspaper installs running, one is a private staging/testing website setup, the other the production setup serving the https://goalpoint.pt/ website-
2. Being such an “old” user we have a lot of content using Visual Composer. Nevertheless, we are now starting to build new pages using the TagDiv composer.
3. Our testing went ok in stating environment, building a new page using TagDiv Composer.
4. Nevertheless, while replicating the same content/page in production we get an error message when trying to insert images, being them newly uploaded or existing in the BO:
“Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
5. Useful information:
a) Staging and Production are running different versions of the Newspaper theme
Production: 9.8
Staging: 9.7.3
Note: we considered reverting back to 9.7.3 on production but this is not a solution (if one) since it would bring back another well known problem the 9.8 version fixed, the behavior of modal images
b) We’ve disabled the few plugins in production that don’t match the stating setup, with no positive effects on solving the issue so it doesn’t look as being related with the classical first suspect (another plugin)
c) We’ve disabled Cloudflare, cleaned caches, etc. No positive results either.
Can you please help us identify and fix this problem?
Do you have any immediate information you can share with us to achieve that?
We’ve also mailed contact@tagdiv.com, presenting this request for help.
Best regards and thanks for your help in advance,
Pedro Ferreira

Hello !
1. For WP-Super Cache you will find our tutorial here: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2. We do recommend using Cloudflare. You can setup an account here: https://www.cloudflare.com/
3. If the line is not there you can paste it as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ybrd0AiMyd6y
4. The debug option has to be set in WordPress not in the Child Theme. Wp-Config File must be edited.
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !

Hello !
When using Cloud Template header the sticky header must be edited with tagDiv Composer Header Manager and erased the content of it as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bzi8kbneOKQc
Thank you !
Hello !
Unfortunately we do not have a template for this.
You can create this option using a cloud template and edit it using tagDiv Composer.
Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you !
Hello !
That can be achieved by using a single post template, edit it using the tagDiv Composer and using the elements there.
Find out more about it here:https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
In order to resize the buttons you will have to use some css coding.
Add your single post template and edit it. After that please provide us a url to your page and we will see what can be done on resizing.
Thank you !
Hello !
Unfortunately on Cloud Library Templates the file does not generate.
You cannot add the customization you want on a Cloud library template.
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
