We can’t recreate this issue on our end, we made multiple tests. It is quite a rare issue that seems to happen in very specific cases. The composer and cloud plugins are create entirely by us, they should work together at all times, with no conflicts.
What you could try if possible is to create a local WordPress install and install the theme and theme plugins there. You can activate the theme as well. Check to see if the same happens.

I want to switch from VC Composer to TD Composer, but when I activate VC, then TD will automatically Deactive, if I activate VC then the situation will still happen, only it will be slower when I activate the VC . What should I do ?

Now in the latest version this depend on you, what size you want to have, because using tagDiv Composer with header builder you can now change the size and build the header you want.

Hi! Thank you for your answer. My problem is not solved yet though.
Regarding the following point:
– Homepage / other pages layout mobile theme: all pages show no content anymore (on mobile) after updating and using the mobile theme plugin. Severe issue which causes the fact that I’m not able to use the mobile theme plugin now.
I wonder this: the mobile editor is very limited. Is there no possibility to copy the exact layout that I had before for all these pages and use that on mobile? I do not simply want text on those pages, I want the mobile layout that I had before the update which was created with the TD composer. That looked good, just text and ‘latest articles’ does not.
Moreover, the menu button does not work when I click on it in the mobile pages, also when information is inserted in the mobile editor. When you click on it, nothing happens. How can this be?

The settings from theme panel works only on default post templates, for single post templates from tagDiv Cloud Library you’ll need to edit that template and set with tagDiv Composer the date shortcode in post template were you want to be show

WPBakery Visual Composer is just a builder( is optional if you want to use it ) that we over in our theme, in each update we set the last version of VComposer from that time of theme update ( we recommend to use the version that comes with theme ), if you not longer want to use the visual composer, you can use the TagDiv Composer this one is our official builder made spacial for our theme.

We recommend after each theme update to check the tagDiv Composer to be activate also if you are using elements from cloud how is header elements check the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin too.
Also after you updated the and activate tagDiv Cloud Library plugin your header should show again like before ( if you do not make any changes to it ).

Before you make some updates please make sure that you make a full backup to your website.

I add a “Text with Header” element via tdComposer.
I have created a shortcode [foobar] in functions.php of the child theme.
I add [foobar] in the text field and the content of the shortcode shows just fine.
I save the page using tdComposer.
When I try to edit the page agin with tdComposer I get the following error:
Errors at columns: 2(models) : 8(dom). The model does not match the content

I confirm that if TagDiv Composer is deactivated the “Add New” button is ok.
But without the composer the theme obviously is useless…
I’m using NewsPaper 9.1.
When entering a shortcode into a Column Text element manually the shortcode executes and renders perfectly when the page is loaded… 🙂
However, when the same shortcode is added to the same Column Text programatically it does not execute and instead only echoes the shortcode back to the screen.
In the code below, when the variable “trendingstock” is sent to an alert box to test it’s contents, it can be seen to contain a string of the exact shortcode previously entered manually that works fine. However, when added to the column text programatically it only displays an echo of the shortcode.

In the code above, ‘.trendingstockchart’ is the class I assigned to the column text in TD Composer. The only output on the page is an echo of the string contents within the column text, no execution of the shortcode it represents.

Hi I don’t want to pay for Visual composer but any updates are not free. Eventually it will not work. What can be used to replace it for a home page layout?
I have some questions.
1- i want to know why here https://labussolanews.com/ in the first grid, i don’t see the zoom effect why the cursor goes over images… in the tagdiv composer i see it correctly but not in the live version.

3- the second element in the homepage (Ultimi Articoli module), with all that category, can slow down my site? i’m asking because with google pagespeed Insights my result are really really bad and i don’t get why. Ok, i’m working on wordpress.com and can’t enable WP Super Cache (because i think already have another cache plugin) and can’t enable Speed Booster because incompatible plugin (ad rotate and Akismet Anti-Spam that I can not disable).
