When going to edit a page with tagdiv composer on my default language i have no issues. http://ucym.in/gb
however when I try and edit it in a secondary language the td composer hangs and page never shows up OR if DO get on to TD composer and I try to add an element, I get the continuous circle and nothing saves.
Similarly when I try to add a template form the cloud library, I get a “bindViewsModelsWrappers()!” error.

On my site we have a HERO box at the top of each page. On my homepage however it has suddenly stop working and is no longer showing the picture on the published page. However, in the TAGDIV composer the picture is still visible but I cannot edit it nor can I delete it and add a new one as the composer is not working properly.
This only seems to be a problem on my homepage. Has anyone else had this problem or do you know what I can do to fix it?

I believe there is an issue currently, when the cloud library plugin is active the options for the sidebar are unavailable. This is investigated and it will be fixed in the coming theme update.
You could build the page with the tagDiv composer, there are plenty of text and image elements available to be used. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I tried to edit the text, clicked on “Edit Content” from TD Composer and when WP Editor opens, I see it empty. Then I checked the console and I saw an error “wpeditor.php:156 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘activeEditor’ of undefined”.
Then I tried with adding new “Text with title” element in the same page, then in another page and I still have the same problem and get the same error.

Thanks for your response. I’m purposely using a lower version of the theme because there are updates in the later versions which I do not like (i.e., changes to WP Bakery which deleted certain features I need and are now only available in the TD composer). As I mentioned in a different post, the TD composer is buggy for me using a Mac with Sierra OS 10.12.6 (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-editor-pane-margin/). To my knowledge, this has not yet been resolved and I currently need to make edits to the TD composer source files in order to see the entire editing pane on the left).

It looks like your stylesheet is not getting picked up. You may have a firewall blocking google from grabbing the right markup.
Please run a test without plugins. Disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer, clear all caching and then test again. This will let you know if there is a certain plugin causing the issue.

I have checked your website and it seems to work and I do not bring HTTP ERROR 500.
Notice that the 500 error is usually a server side error meaning that there is something wrong but the server couldn’t provide more information about the problem. It is a general error usually caused by configuration issues with the websites programming, PHP or system permissions.
I found here some useful information about possible reasons for this errors and a few tips in order to fix it: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/500servererror.htm Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out conflicting plugins. Also, please try contacting the hosting provider, tell them this problem and they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

Another question for this issue: Would it be possible to load specific sidebars on different tag pages?
Using the category templates built with the composer, the sidebar can only be built with it. So one category template can contain one sidebar built with the composer. It will be the same sidebar for the categories which use that template.
Only the default predefined templates allow a sidebar to be set for each category, in the theme panel.

Deactivate it if it appears as activated, then delete it. Re-install the social counter plugin from the theme plugins panel

Then activate it and there should be no problem. This plugin along with the composer will try to be updated automatically after a theme update, sometimes this fails however leaving the plugins deactivated. Let us know if there is still a problem.

I am creating a page with the “latest articles + pagination” template.
I have a tagdiv composer grid on top for featured articles.
Ideally I would like to enable “Unique Articles” but then pagination doesn’t work right.
I can not use “offset” to solve the problem because the grid will have only “featured” articles, correct?
One solution would be to set “hide featured posts” in the “Posts Loop Settings,” BUT then what happens when the featured posts are no longer in the grid? They are not in the post loop or the grid anymore? They basically disappear?
Is there any solution that can automatically put posts back in the post loop where they belong after they are done being featured in the grid? (in other words, is there any way to get the exact functionality of “unique articles” without breaking pagination?)

It is recommended you rebuild the same page again using td composer if you used visual composer, but make sure you deactivate visual composer if you intend to use td composer. The shortcodes used by visual composer might not work well with those of td composer (especially in future updates).
Thanks, Simion for that. I also saw the title looks out of place (so the update to enable the breadcrumbs and page title on pages with td composer will be good to enable stretching the row with those elements). So, I welcome the update.

So, you need to make sure your ads and logos are responsive; you need to use responsive ad units to be mobile friendly. The reason elements are not rendered properly is you are blocking your style.css and other elements via robots.txt which is really bad!

I have once faced this issue before where my TD_Composer plugin was outdated and I updated it to new version and it worked.

I am unable to solve this and this is killing my user interface. What is this and how can I resolve and stop it to re-occur?

Please try as suggested above and save the page and then view it, the categories will be displayed. In the composer edit screen they will not be displayed. Example

So they will disappear in the composer edit screen, when you save the page and view it they should be displayed according to your filtering.
