Can you please provide some information on how to create an effective archive page? What’s the best template to use?
The archive page is a normal page? In other theme usually there is a dedicated “archive template” but here I suppose we have to deal with composer.
It’s not a problem, but I prefer to ask and be sure to do things the right way.

I’m trying to figure out how best to create a custom template for a CPT that I have.
This is what I want it to more or less look like.

My CPT is basically just people in our company. Obviously this can be done easily using Visual Composer and create a page. However, I need to be able to create the same design for use as the the archive template for the CPT.
What would be the best way to go about this?

I’m having some problems. In my old theme I were able to make accordions work in tabs but for some reason, it doesn’t work here.
So, I’ve added “Alldion – Responsive accordion for WordPress” through the raw html option. It works in the first tab but not in the others. In the following tabs the content don’t show up after clicking on the title. I’m using Visual Composer by the way (have bought it also)

I see that in the visual composer I can change the colour background of the title block!
So the only place where the category has a general color (instead of the custom one) is in the sliders.

Seems like you havent updated integrated Visual Composer since the initial release of Newspaper. Will you refresh the packed by version with Newspaper v2.0 or arent you planning to do it at all?

I used the Visual Composer plugin which I bought the liscence.
The problem is that your theme sets restrictions for this plugin so that I now I can only use half of the functions that I could use.
Is there a way to remove these restrictions so that I can have access to all the functions for which I paid liscence?

Great. Now I can remove the categories. But how to change the size of big slide? I just want to know where and how to change it, even the coding stuff, I can do it myself.
Because sometimes the size of element of the plugins is too big or small which does not fit our site, so I really want to have a full customization on this. Please help me out so I can know how to customize item on Visual Composer.
By the way, I want to put specific content on the side bar for each post, is it possible? For example, for a device review, I want to post a short description for each device on the post about pros and cons. Can I do that? I don’t want to create a page without a sidebar because the feature image, the rating score and the comments are too big.

1. If you use the Homepage-with article list, Homepage-bg+article list templates you cannot change the latest posts to show on the top of the page.
If you use the Default Template, Homepage – bg-no article list, Homepage blank or Page builder – with title templates you can change the latest posts to show on the top of the page from visual composer.
2. To hide the top black menu go in theme-customizer-> navigation like here:http://screencast.com/t/rj5k7klNl
3. Unfortunately, you cannot edit the featured thumb only from code. you can hide it like this: http://screencast.com/t/w55FuuCQLBI
4. Sorry, you cannot move the navigation menu yet.

Please try to reupload the theme. Maybe it got corrupted in the transfer process.
Also do you have the visual editor from wordpress enabled?
What server do you have? Shared vps etc?
visual composer should not be broken in the theme, it’s well tested and we are using it for the last 9 months (multiple versions).
Let me know if it doesn’t work… and if possible send me your login to wp admin via contact@tagdiv.com (include your username in the subject)

I bought this theme a week ago and has been working great. I tried building a page last night and was using the visual composer, which IS working, however when I select the TEXT element, the only tab that will work is the “TEXT” tab, the “VISUAL” tab will not activate. I tried reinstalling theme but that has not worked. Any ideas?
