If I install a ready-made Prebuilt Websites theme, I cannot change the main page color later in the theme panel. The main color set in THEME ACCENT COLOR does not change in the finished theme
Is it possible to change the page width, for example in the DEFAULT PRO theme? I can see there is a difference in the page widths, on large monitors. For example, in DEFAULT PRO and PULSES PRO it is wider
Is this a bug or do I have to change everything manually in the css files?
Hi,
The CSS can be adjusted with tagDiv Composer for each viewport. => https://www.screencast.com/t/2MOdMQ6JG -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5rBlCYDs -> https://www.screencast.com/t/c6S7D0fsY
Thank you!
Hello,
To remove that category you must add an extra class per block, in General, for example, I add the name class “tdi_all” => https://www.screencast.com/t/jnyFHuNVCyEy and using this custom code CSS it looks like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/siEkmBiA
This is the code:
.tdi_all .td-pulldown-filter-display-option
ul li:first-child
{
display: none;
}
The code need to be inserted in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/qCeuItCkgug
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Please try to add this code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:
.tdb_single_content .tdb-block-inner.td-fix-index {
transform: none !important;
-webkit-transform: none !important;
}
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
But the question remained open.
For example, if use the “Column Text” element and add a shortcode through “Edit Content”, then the CSS styles will not work correctly when viewed using a mobile or tablet. How to fix?

View with mobile/tablet – http://prntscr.com/y5prku
Hello,
1. You can assign a footer template to be Global =>https://www.screencast.com/t/OsT9ga0ta for posts/pages you want to be normal, and you can assign a particularly footer where you want to be different. You can import a footer from Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer -> Manager (Website Manager) => https://i.imgur.com/vlvXloM.png
2. Make sure you use the logo full width and for change the header background image, you need to go on the header, select the row from header, go in CSS and you have a background image => https://www.screencast.com/t/IIbhYhtaln
3.If is still a problem we would like to investigate the issue, if you agree please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin and credentials, also a link to this topic in order to identify you.
4.Those are some extra parameters for schema, also these parameters are optional, is no need for them, therefore you can ignore the warnings, this will not affect your website.
Please try not to reply multiple times in your own topic, this will only delay the response from us because it will move the topic to the back of the line. We always answer from oldest to newest.
Thank you!
I configured the css styles for the block, they work on a PC like this – http://prntscr.com/y5koky – all nice.
But when viewed from a device (mobile or tablet), the styles do not work – http://prntscr.com/y5l28w
What could be the problem?
Hello,
You can change the header template => https://www.screencast.com/t/UyrgF5mb67X and it will look different or use a custom CSS.
Thank you!
Hi,
The homepage is excluded from the mobile theme from what I can see, while the rest of the website uses it. I failed to see that it seems.
I also now notice that you used different sizes for the mobile logo on the responsive version and for the logo on the mobile theme
– https://soyunperro.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Logo-SUP-New2.png.webp
– https://soyunperro.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/a1a2.png.webp
So this code solution will enlarge the logo to its original size when entered as I mentioned, just for the homepage.
I can make it larger for the mobile theme as well, for a better quality but the original size is too large.
Maybe setting the same logo as the responsive version uses, for the mobile theme as well, would be better if possible. Then it will look consistently and better across the website https://prnt.sc/y48zw5 after the enlargement.
If you switch then logo as I mentioned, enter that previous code where I mentioned, and this one in the mobile theme custom CSS – https://pastebin.com/BUnCDNyP
Normally the logos look better if originally they are of this size https://prnt.sc/y496qi but that is not actually required.
Let me know.
Thank you!
Apologies if this has been brought up recently, but I’ve just gone to update 10.3.9.1 on WordPress and it says theme update failed – has anyone had this issue?

#td-top-search{
display: none;
}
Please set the code in theme panel> custom code> custom css.
Hope this will help you!
Hi, Calin!
I can’t use the Flex Block 1, for that to me accomplish the same design I’d have to put a lot o CSS fixes, and it would be a worse solution for my problem… I am bound to use the Flex Block 2, which doesn’t have the property to fix width and height.
I’ll wait and hope for the next update then…
And yes, 0.007 is not a lot, but is something, and if you add 0.007 here, 0.007 there, 0.01 somewhere else, it gives you a lot.
Right now, my CLS on mobile is 0.377 and and my CLS on desktop is 0.007. The desktop one is fine (not perfect) but the mobile is terrible..
Hi,
I believe that issue with the background is happening because of the CSS set for the row. I see that the row has a fixed width set https://prnt.sc/y05trs Did you maybe set this width? Please click on that row and check in the CSS tab https://prnt.sc/y05vei
Regarding the title alignment, I see it has a bigger right margin than the left margin https://prnt.sc/y05w6t Please click on the inline text element used, and check in the CSS tab as well.
In this mobile page, have you set a mobile header and footer template? there is something unusual there from what I can see. Please check in the website manager if a mobile header and footer template is set, for example https://prnt.sc/y0615d
Thank you!
Hi,
As Emanuel said, you can change the background image with tagDiv Composer, go to the bottom, select the footer section and in CSS is the option “Background image” => https://www.screencast.com/t/1P14zXwM
Thank you!
Hello,
You can disable the zoom effect on hover with a custom CSS, the code needs to be set in Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/IZhjdMCAN8p7 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Tchu5wScPQ
.td-big-grid-post:hover
.td-module-thumb
.entry-thumb {
transform: none!important;
}
For the mega menu, you need to change the menu to be normal in Appearances -> Menus, because isn’t an option to disable it.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
That is a code that will increase the logo size on the responsive version, as I see it looks somewhat blurry. That can happen if the logo is larger, it will be resized by the CSS set for it, the quality of the image may be affected by this.
The code will make it look like this – https://prnt.sc/y03yxa it will be in it’s original full size. The mobile header can be adjusted further if needed, let me know.
The code must be entered in the advanced CSS section for phones – https://prnt.sc/y0405o Please try it and see how it looks after entering it.
Thank you!
Hi Tagdiv,
I would like to use https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_gadgets_pro/big-grid-flex-18-gadgets-pro/? for desktop view but for the mobile layout, I would need it to be one big featured image, followed by 2 small images on the 2nd row, and 2 small images on the 3rd row.
I tried looking for it but it seems that most of the blocks for the mobile view is using a scrolling type of layout for the 2nd row.
Please kindly recommend me a suitable block or let me know how I am able to do that using CSS?
Thank you,
Jasmine
I have this strange message which I cannot remove or hide using CSS, can you help me?

Hello!
1. This code is for the icons presented in the demo menu.
2. Check this code below:
.single-post figcaption {
font-family: Open Sans,sans-serif;
font-size: 10px;
color: black;
}
You can adjust the size of your font by writing for example 5px or 6px, etc, also the color. Add this code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello,
This you can achieve without custom CSS, you need to add a row -> inner row set the layout to 1/2+1/2 and you can add the team members and the icon box in the inner-column and set for each the width to 50% and the elements from CSS put to display inline-block.
I hope this video helps you => https://we.tl/t-ARZZwfJ81C
Thank you!
Hi Sanger,
I had to search for it also.
use TagDiv composer in the front-end to select the footer.
In the left column click on the tab CSS
There you will find the background image.
Kind regards, Emanuel.
Hi, I think I have found a bug.
If I set the post layout “Style 4” and insert a youtube video in a post (displayed at the featured image post), I can only play the video by clicking on the top of the video.
Probably a css effect is set to the div that includes the video, so it is not clickable for much of the video frame.
Example Screenshot:

Thanks
Hello!
You could apply this CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:
.td_fadeOut_to_1 { -webkit-animation-name: none; animation-name: none; }
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello!
This you can achieve with custom css, not only some background settings.
Please note that customization is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
For customization and other services you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
