Thanks! Yes, but how do I remove those lines? That’s the problem… I don’t know how to remove them, and I’m not very familiar with CSS either.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the provided image is unclear, but I believe you are referring to this section: https://prnt.sc/XRGFT1dxrIYA.
If that’s the case, those are empty columns. However, in the CSS tab they have top and bottom spacing applied, which is why you are seeing that extra space.
What you can do is remove those rows for now. If needed, you can always add them again later from the tagDiv Composer sidebar.
Thank you!

Hi,
Thank you for screenhost.
1. You have a flex block and you have set a negative top margin for meta info https://webccenter.com/ruralnet/wp-content/uploads/temp/bottom-align.jpg so all info from meta will startfrom the position you have set it (-265px). What I will recommend is to replace the element with a grid, use the big grid flex 1 – https://prnt.sc/x790b8oOr1wJ
2. https://webccenter.com/ruralnet/wp-content/uploads/temp/carousel_scrool.jpg There is only the option for load more button https://prnt.sc/UvVDdHcAcOS5
3. The problem with the next prev icons is related to some css that is apply onver the theme icons https://prnt.sc/t29087sxYucr if is not a custom css added to set the font family, then check the seeting relate dto teh pagination on that block with tagDiv Composer.

Hi,
Please check if this situation appears when you are logged in. From what I see, the page is using the standard block 14 from tagDiv Standard pack, so make sure that the cache plugin is not interfering with it (ususlay is related to css and js options from the cache plugin)

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with the FlyingPress plugin, so we cannot confirm whether it is fully compatible with the theme or what issues it might cause. Because of this, there is only limited support we can provide.
If the problem is related to CSS, we can certainly try to help. However, if the issue is more complex than that, we may not be able to assist further.
Could you please provide a link so we can check the situation?

Hello tagDiv Support Team,

I am currently using your theme on our website (Newspaper theme), and I am encountering a layout inconsistency compared to the demo version.

Specifically, the news container (main content box) on our live website appears significantly narrower than in the demo. In the demo version, the container stretches much wider and visually covers the right newsletter/sidebar area, creating a full-width layout effect. On our website, the container remains constrained and does not extend across the screen in the same way.

Here are the details:

• Our website: https://www.roaliment.ro/
• Demo reference: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_free_news_pro/2023/12/14/td-post-fashion-finder-biggest-shows-parties-and-celebrity-for-new-years/
• Issue: The main news container width is smaller than the demo version
• Desired result: Full-width layout similar to the demo (comparable to en.edairynews.com style – content stretched across the screen)

Could you please advise:

1. Which exact setting controls the demo container width?
2. Whether additional CSS is required?
3. If this is related to a specific template or page builder configuration?

Also in demo there is a diferent layout for the post design. Can you tell me the name?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,
Claudia Ana Bocean

Hello,

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-6-9-yoast-seo-block-editor-css-error/
Downgraded to 6.8.3 (issues as 6.9.x) with latest yoast and now its ok.
Also to mention in some cases latest yoast causes similar issues but downgrading yoast did not fix our issue.

Hi,
You need to look for this csshttps://prnt.sc/qK2QBtKTnXZM. This CSS can be set in live csshttps://prnt.sc/qb75yy3RuoPe or under the theme panel – https://prnt.sc/T17LHlEwWmC4 or with a custom plugin for adding css and js.

Hi,m
I just checked the website and this is taking quite a long time, even when you access an article for the first time – https://prnt.sc/8jYsXbLsEYIX what is strange is after some time when I checked a few articles, the website starts to load ok (maybe until teh cache starts to work) adn now even the videos load ok https://prnt.sc/yNgXpWg5n0l6
In this situation is possible that the situation to can be impoved with a better cache plugin, optimize, css and js, images and the results should be better

Hello,
we are aware of what you are mentioning but the issue remains the cart css is still incomplete as visible here: https://prnt.sc/rt54n8Jn5mfR (add remove buttons are definatelly missing css) so we would like to fix the issues.
Before applying the hotfix i mentioned i check your demos, from what i noticed they are all old and none of them (unless mistaken) has block layout … so none of these css are working.
So:
1) can one of you check the reason why this happened on our website or not?
2) please provide a wordpress demo that used block in the checkout so we can check what css files are used in specific.

Kind regards,
Alexandros S.

Hi,
On each element, check in the CSS tab for the display option – https://prnt.sc/nLpQPh-1SKsX. Doing this on all elements will align them.

Hi team,
Im stuck on this one. Have been working on it for 4+ hours.
one of my team (not sure who) has fiddled with one of my category pages and it seems as a result has messed up the CSS on the page.
I cant seem to get it back to how it should.
The title has yellow backgrounds and white font. However if I try remove the yellow background, the white font sticks so it cant be read later on.
Hoping someone can help with whats going on?

http://www.cym.org/ca – site with the issue
http://www.cym.org/au or http://www.cym.org

Here’s an example:

On the demo homepage of newspaper_cali_sight_pro

https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_cali_sight_pro/

If you look at the HTML source code, you’ll see some strange CSS code on the ACF fields. The front-end display is correct, but the problem is that this CSS code affects SEO.

Hello, update:
after a lot of search and AI tools assistance we used the following funcntions that loads 2 css files that were not loading before (checkout.css,checkout-rtl.css).
We noticed that there are still some minor css issues but at least page is functional.

So please allow me to ask once more. What are the files that should load in checkout/cart with blocks and if you know what can be the issue that they dont load in our case. We dont consider the issue fixed until the cause is located and extra code is removed.

Kind regards,
Alexandros S.
Please do notify a.sklepas@webpoint.gr

Hi,
Please check it when you are logged in and see if this is working when no cache is apply, most of the time, when the pagination is not working is related to the cache settings that are interfering with the ajax pagination (js and css options from cache plugin)

Hello Support,

I tried to upload the Newspaper 12 theme from Themeforest; however, I received an error message in WordPress saying “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”

Thanks.

Hi Marc,
I just checked the website, and this seems to be working ok for visitors. Also, I see that you are now using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.
Now, related to the page speed results, this depends on factors like page dimensions, images, external resources, and cache…
UNfortubatley becouse the latespeed is not a tested pluginwe can not say for sure what option to enable and what option to disable to get a better performance, but let’s start with general pagespeed settings:
– convert images in webp format (there are cache plugins that can do this, but if the Litespeed is not doing this, the EWWW Image Optimizer can be used https://prnt.sc/DzMY6YynebbI). Make sure that only a lazyload option is enabled (the theme has an option https://prnt.sc/4pqTwHya8Awa and most likely other plugins that optimize the image to have the option)
– enable this theme option – https://prnt.sc/Ir7qNRhstgSAhttps://prnt.sc/k2M5pc8odE1D (AGGREGATE INLINE CSS option needs to be tested with teh cache plugin)
– disable the mobile header on desktop and desktop header on mobile (this can be done for the sticky headers, but make sure that the mobile cache option is enabled – https://prnt.sc/r3QB7-vZ4UzH https://prnt.sc/KBdRK8nc90UW
– on mobile simply disable the mobile sticky menu https://prnt.sc/IFe6OfBzige7 and select the regular menu and set it to be sticky, also make sure that you have set a background color for it – https://prnt.sc/I6G0kypEakOM
– use an object cache (Redis or Memcached)
– use a CDN like Cloudflare

I hope those first steps to help you to get a better speed.

Hi,
This depends on the elements used there, I think it is the flex block with title template 15, so you can try this css:
.page-id-5100 .td_block_template_15 .td-block-title {
margin-bottom: 12px;
}

If you need it apply on global you can use this will apply on all elements taht have the title template 15
body .td_block_template_15 .td-block-title {
margin-bottom: 12px;
}

Thank you!

Since the issue does not occur when you are logged in, it is most likely connected to a cache plugin or one of its configurations.
Problems like this are often caused by JavaScript or CSS optimization settings, so I recommend reviewing those options carefully.

Calin
tagDiv Staff

If everything works correctly while you are logged in, then the issue is likely related to the plugin you are using or its settings.
Please make sure to clear all cache. I noticed that you are using LiteSpeed Cache, which has multiple caching options. In most cases, issues like this are caused by JavaScript or CSS optimization settings.
