Hello,
Thanks for your response, but this is not the problem I was describing.
If you open http://velikotarnovo.com, http://pavlikeni.com and http://sevlievo.com in 3 tabs next to each other in your browser and flip among them, you will see that the top menu for sevlievo.com is too much to the left. The 3 sites are IDENTICAL in terms of custom CSS and this problem is inexplicable to me.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Peter

Hi Bogdan, I’m trying to follow your instruction and after moving the custom css from the beauty blog demo css, I’m still not able to replicate the sidebar. Are there additional instructions somewhere on how to accomplish this? I prefer the divider between the widgets and the author info. Thanks.
Hahahaha it still sounds hard XD. The video just doesn’t match with what I am seeing, but nevermind though. I did the automatic way and now I have this button ready, but I had a feq short questions about that:
– Does it delete my CSS code? That way I can just copy it and paste it after the update.
– How long does it take, because I tried it when I was in the library and it was taking a very long time. I decided to go to the dashboard and see the update button again and I had to do it all over again. If I know how long it takes on a average I can know when something is wrong when it takes too much time.
Hello,
First, greetings and congratz for the theme!
Now to my question…
I want to insert 2 new menu locations in the following position:

How to do that?Also, how to style them with CSS so they can be one over another.
Thank you!
Hi,
Thanks Edward! And Happy New Year!
@Robru You can use that custom css in panel or you can remove the entire code – http://screencast.com/t/Ovxn9lOaGB
Thanks!
Hi,
By default the caption is right aligned. If you want to center it you can use this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/gCykRxyEpU
.wp-caption-text, .wp-caption-dd {
text-align: center;
}
You can control the font from Theme Panel > Theme Fonts – http://screencast.com/t/KrS8xDa8Bn2M
Thanks!
Hi,
I suggest to disable all your plugins except Visual Composer, disable any css/js minifications, clear all your caches and purge your files if you use CDN and see how it goes.
Also if you use child theme please switch to the main theme.
Thanks!
Hello mgansevoort,
Yes, the custom CSS code you should have to add in Custom CSS box area.
Thanks for the message!
Hi Bogdan,
Thanks for your reply.
If you read my first post you will read this “I’m trying to use the Full Width Revolution Slider on the Homepage. I don’t have any color or image as a background, I selected “Full Width” on the Slider’s settings, I stretched the rows through Visual Composer and still looks boxed. Am I missing something?”
So, the background color was cleared since the very beginning…
Anyway, I downloaded the theme again, made a clean installation and suddenly started working. I have no idea what the problem was, but with the new install started working.
I would have been more than happy to send you a link to the website but I’m working locally.
Now, that the full width issue is solved, I would like to ask you about moving the Rev Slider behind the menu, here’s my original question from the first post “Finally, I noticed that another customer asked about css code that allows the nav menu to be transparent and placed over the image slider? If it can be done without messing too much with the theme and affecting the responsiveness I will be really appreciated.”
One last thing, please release the Rev Slider update, after what happened with the famous exploit (because of that I lost a couple of websites I was working on and my computer was seriously damaged), I’m extremely careful with that plugin.
Thanks for your help,
Hoping to hear from you soon,
So, in the first option can I put the code in:
Theme panel > custom code > Custom CSS ?
Suggestion: Maybe we as users can change this in a future release in the Theme panel itself? I think more users want to change these social media buttons in their own preferences.
greetz, Marcel
Hello Lewis,
If you want to hide the featured image on the post, you should use the post template style 7 which do not display the featured image on the post or you can use a bit of CSS code to hide it. For example, you can try the code below ->
.td-post-featured-image{
display:none;
}
Regarding on your second request, please keep in mind that we do not recommend to increase or decrease the size of this thumb because you can damage the theme layout. If you are unhappy with this post template, you should change it with another one.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Unfortunately our theme does not have any such option. It can only be made through customizing the css.
Here is an example of how you can get them centered as you suggest:
.td-social-google, .td-social-pinterest{
display:none!important;
}
.td-classic-sharing{
display:block!important;
margin-top:10px;
text-align:center;
}
.td-post-sharing-top{
text-align:center;
}
Thanks.
When I install Forest Template on my WP the system say me an error:
Install theme from uploaded file: themeforest-5489609-newspaper.zip
Unzipping the package …
Installing the theme …
The package can not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Installation issue failed.
Why?

Hello,
Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
.td-header-sp-top-menu{
float:right!important;
}
The result is here -> http://screencast.com/t/ZnJRwLGlWAi0
Thanks.
Nearly there. I’m astounded with what is possible in Newspaper!
I have one problem left:
In style.css on line 471 it reads:
.td-pb-row [class*="td-pb-span"] {
display: block;
float: left;
min-height: 1px;
padding-left: 24px;
padding-right: 24px;
position: relative;
}
I need to set the padding to 0. I added a no-padding class to row settings, but that doesn’t work.
.td-pb-row [class*="td-pb-span"] .no-padding {
padding-left 0;
padding-right0;
}
That’s what I need to solve.
One more question, if I may. I bought this theme for a different site. Right now I’m building on localhost. I’m allowed to do that, I think, for testing. Do correct me if I am wrong.
Do I have to buy a extra license if I want to deploy this site? I’m not asking for a freebie, I need to know in order to charge my client correctly.

Hello,
Thanks for your response. This was the point I was making – sevlievo.com has the same custom CSS as velikotarnovo.com and no other changes. I started it a few days back.
What code should I use to bring the top menu to the right?
Thanks,
Peter
Hi,
You should not modify the themes style.css file because it could lead to problems in the theme. Add all your css modifications in Theme Panel->Custom Css. You can float the logo left by adding this code in Custom Css
.td-header-style-9 .td-main-logo img {
float: left;
}
This is the result with no background set – http://screencast.com/t/iwbikZcG and with background – http://screencast.com/t/5fli1Nadu
However, you should take a look at Header Style 1 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ which looks like what you are trying to achieve.
Thanks
It has to be something within the theme preventing Rev Slider to go full width, also I noticed that the top menu and main menu are boxed as well. I tried every single header and they all look boxed, the one I will use for my website is Style 10: Full Logo on top + Centered Menu.
If you look at your politics demo, you will see full width menu backgrounds and full width Rev Slider. I must assume you added custom CSS, because I seriously tried every single thing…
Hi,
These are custom css rules added for the specific demos. As you can imagine you can only get that result wither by installing the demo or altering the theme css. Each demo has it;s own custom css to provide the unique style.
You can use the browser inspector to compare the code from the beauty blog and the code from your element to figure out which rules have been changed.
Here is an example of how the separator is changed: http://screencast.com/t/ZTIzKOUDnbE
Every css rule that is added custom for a demo is present in the demo_style.css file
Thank you!
Is there documentation allowing implementation of v 7.6 from 7.5 file by file and code by code so that a complete install is not required. Many of us have modified files to meet our specific needs (mainly .css) and do not wish to overwrite files and lose the customization. Thank you.
Hi
I just want to float the logo left in header style 9. I found a solution in the forum but using float: left; in style.css just makes the logo disappear. Could you help me out?
My theme is up to date, everything is up to date, I didn’t mess with CSS, don’t have any weird plugin installed and it’s not the first time I work with wordpress.
So, how did you achieved this? http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_politics/
Hi,
I’m trying to use the Full Width Revolution Slider on the Homepage. I don’t have any color or image as a background, I selected “Full Width” on the Slider’s settings, I stretched the rows through Visual Composer and still looks boxed. Am I missing something?
Maybe if you can tell me the steps after creating the slider, Do I have to put it inside the visual composer? do I have to choose a different element in the visual composer and then put it inside? With every theme I’ve purchased, Revolution Slider works totally different.
Finally, I noticed that another customer asked about css code that allows the nav menu to be transparent and placed over the image slider? If it can be done without messing too much with the theme and affecting the responsiveness I will be really appreciated. If it’s too messy then I would like to know how to remove the padding between the main menu bar and the slider.
About the Rev Slider free template samples, I’ll email you requesting them!
Thanks again!
Hoping to hear from you soon!
