If you want to change the size for your mega menu page, you should decrease some paddings, like the code below ->

}

Yes, the theme ads a sort of “protection for screens smaller than 500 pixels to remove all floats . If this is what you are referring to and want to have images float right even below 500 px, you can use this css in the theme panel->custom css box” :

@media (max-width: 500px){
.alignright {
float: right!important;
}}

But this is the reason this decision was made as when a smaller screen is used, the text will look like this:

In order to prevent text being stretched that way vertically we removed floats for every device under 500px.

Notice that it is not a simple task to simply copy and paste the code, sorry! As you can see, we have a lot of demos and each of them has own custom CSS code which can be found in the demo folder, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ZkfERDa1vAf You will have to do some adjustments through code in order to achieve the same menu to your side. Also, if you want to change the menu for mobile, notice that the theme has not been designed to use another menu style than the existing one.
If you want to display more levels in the theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

You did not mention this but when using a smart list, the alignment does not work anymore no matter the image size. You should have mentioned you use a smart list from the start. A smart list in totally different from a normal post. A smart list will ignore the wp settings. A smart list will even ignore the wordpress thumbnails and provide the image as big as the container ignoring the thumb size you add from the media library of WP.
Smart lists have a predefined style and it cannot be altered from the wp mce editor. You will also notice that images will not even keep their position. If you add an image to the bottom of a list item for example, some smart lists will move the image to the top considering it as a sort of “featured image” for the list item.
This is the way the smart lists were created. They are not usual posts.
If you still want to alter the style and align the images right you should wrap your images inside a div container like for example :

<div class="smartlist_image"> place your image code here </div>

Then you can add this code in the them panel->custom css code:

.smartlist_image{
float:right;
}

The you simply need to wrap all your images from the smartlist content inside the div element and your images will align to the right.

Unfortunately most of these will require custom implementation and we do not have a customization department. We try to help out where we can though.

The color style can be changed by adding this css code in the theme panel->custom css box:

The hover color is added by the theme accent color.
Again. if you want another ad, the theme ad spots cannot offer only 1 spot. You will have to add them in the theme code by using a do_shortcode function

A font change cannot be done with css without loading the font first. When you switch fonts in the theme panel, the theme also loads the font so it can be used. With this css you do not load fonts, but only specify which one to be used. If you want to use the font with css you will have to download the Alegreya Sans sans font as place it on your server and use this code:
@font-face {
font-family: 'add your font family here';
src: url('add the source url for the font. insert the path that leads to the font') format("opentype");
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
}
